Our beautifully furnished condo has all of the amenities you would want on a tropical vacation! The suite has a gorgeous ocean view and is fully furnished with elegant island décor. The kitchen and bathroom have been fully remodeled and will give you the comfort you expect from your home away from home. The kitchen is appointed with appliances, cookware, dishes, blender, coffee pot, etc. --- perfect for making a gourmet meal to dine in or enjoy on your private lanai. If you prefer cooking outdoors, you are welcome to use one of the ultra clean BBQ grills on the resort's lush tropical grounds. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is included in the unit. From your Royal Kahana lanai, the ocean views will create a picture perfect for any postcard. The islands of Molokai and Lanai loom on the horizon and from December through April, there’s no better place on the entire coast to see whales spouting and breaching offshore.  * Please note: Due to oceanic and environmental conditions, we can not predict the amount of beach front (or access to it) that will be available at the time of your stay. Sometimes there is beach at Royal Kahana, and sometimes there isn't. This is an ocean front resort on a volcanic island. The resort is a five minute drive to world-class beaches including Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. It is a 10 minute drive to Honolua Bay is just a bit farther north and is a marine reserve that is a must see and snorkel destination! The resort amenities include FREE WIFI, fitness center, a heated swimming pool, clean BBQ gas grills, and an activities desk. CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

It was quiet and the view of the ocean from the lanai and bed were unmistakably the best part of this condo for sure! The fan and A\C made it so cool and breezy although the breeze that runs from the ocean through the huge lanai was enough most days! The area is so quiet and the poolside was the perfect place to hang out all day until lunch...the bbq was spotless and we used it often for lunch and dinner it was always available and ready to go. Parking was in abundance. They had fresh hot brewed coffee in the lobby every morning which made it so perfect to just wake up pour one and walk to the oceanside to view the Whales. Right across the street is a brewery with awesome food and of course beer. There is also a market that we enjoyed poke bowls and great deals on all the souvenirs at the best deals like t-shirts and coffee and chocolates too! The best part about our stay was Kim Lopez, I will forever deal with her when we decide to stay in Maui. She absolutely hands down is the nicest most wonderful woman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She hands down not only saved our holiday but made it the best trip of our lives...I will never stay in Maui without having her by my side! I just cannot say enough good about this condo and her!!"
