CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

From the kitchen being equipped and enough bath & beach towels for our week. The only thing we wish our unit had 2 more chairs on the patio to enjoy sitting for happy hour with our 2 family members who also rented a unit at the resort. Our unit was nicely updated and clean. We were clearly given all the instructions as well on how to enter unit, where gate keys were, and how to leave the unit before we left. Nice gas grills a few steps around the corner if you want to eat in a few of the nights. Epic Realty was very responsive to whatever we needed. You can walk about 1/2 miles to Napilli for dinner but this is a quiet location with mainly adults on the site. The beach is mainly rocky but is great for snorkeling with turtles and fish in the plenty. (Also great for tide pools) The condo and pool were great and everything in the condo was new and very nice.
