CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

Great communication with the property owner, check in went smoothly, and the condo was as pictured. Everything was well cared for and very clean. The view off the lanai was absolutely beautiful. The beach was really close and had a very chill vibe, we loved that it wasn't overrun with people. Swimming with the turtles every day was so amazing and we didn't have to go to another beach for a good reef to snorkel because there was a lovely one right off the beach. I would 100% go back!" I stay at the Kuleana all the time and this unit was the worst. It was not remodeled. It was filthy and dated, and I took pictures to prove it. I even left early due to the horrid condition of this unit. I asked the Epic owner for some monetary reimbursement, she said no, she wasn't responsible. In my opinion, Epic totally misrepresented this unit and I am furious at being ripped off. After this awful experience I went on line and found many dissatisfied Epic customers.
