Guest Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance shall be subject to a $75 cancellation fee, to be deducted from the deposit prior to its refund.

Guest Reservations cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival shall be subject to forfeiture of the entire rental amount unless the unit can be re-booked with another guest for that period. In the latter case, the forfeiture shall be limited to the amount, if any, by which the rent received by the replacement booking falls short of that due for the Guest Reservation. As above, any refund provided under these circumstances shall be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

In light of the above, Guests may wish to consider purchasing Travel Insurance with Trip Cancellation coverage when arranging their travel.

I would easily take newborns to 99 year-olds there. It is truly a beautiful, private, safe and inviting beach. The bonus is - it's a sea turtle highway! I saw at least 15 large sea turtles! One turtle in particular was larger than a Semi-truck tire! The unit weathered and worn. There are nicer units in this condo. This particular unit was a corner unit that had a great view but it was at the cost of a good night's sleep. Guests were coming and going at all hours. We heard countless car alarms, teens yelling, luggage rolling etc. The worst part = cockroaches :( Again, the location is unbeatable! If you can live with some cockroaches, lots of noise at night and a pretty outdated unit...this place is for you." The unit is on the side, so it has more windows and airflow, but it also is a little louder in the mornings with people coming and going. My only real suggestion for the unit would be more hooks to hang and dry things outside and in the bathroom area. We already booked for next year and can't wait to be back!" Bedroom is next to the sprinkler system that sounds like a freight train running at midnight - every night.... Pool was nice but the pool chairs, umbrellas and pool deck are a mess.
