Neither sets of sheets fit the bed, they were too small and couldn't stretch. We did ask the front desk lady for some assistance, and she told me to get ahold of the owner that it's not her responsibility. The note on the fridge said to ask housekeeping but no way to reach them directly. 2. the bedroom window was right next to the exterior light and there were no blinds to darken the room. It was hard for a light sleeper. 3. the office lady was not helpful even with basic information, not sure what her job was really.
