World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. We should have had the ceiling fan in the bedroom replaced as well because on any speed but high it made a terrible buzzing sound. There was an infestation of ants in the kitchen, I asked for some taro but never followed up on it with maintenance. After all taxes and fees the room was definately not worth the 400+ dollars a night we paid." The very same thing happens again at 6:20 AM, so for your night's sleep you have to get up twice during your (so called) restful nights sleep. The management claims that this is saving money on the electrical bill. This is nothing but BULL !!! Every customer putting up with miss directed thought does the same thing that I do, I put the AC on about two hours before I go to bed, and let the AC run another two hours after I get up around 8:00 AM. So doing the math, the AC is really left on for a total period of about 12 hours total, where it should only be left on for about 8 or 10 hours. In any event, your customer has to put up with this very bad, stressful management decision."
