Visitor Reviews (3) Write a Review! "Decent and adequate stay Condo was in good shape. Missing some basic essentials like kitchen towels and kitchen wash rags. Had to ask for these items and only got portions. 4 guests in the condo and we had 3 pillows. Had to get pillows and blankets for the pull out bed. Unfortunately we had a family that could not stop arguing outside so it echoed all morning and every evening and security did not handle. Guests had to ask them to stop daily. The office only being open 1230-5 is unacceptable. We are on vacation and not sitting around in the afternoon and able to come get items. We had a water leak in a bathroom and maintenance was quick to respond and repair. Our condo had beach items and we were appreciative of that. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and boogie boards." The only real issues we had were when we arrived at the condo we had purchased a week of groceries from Safeway the items that we did leave on the counter along with our traveling items. Once we got back from the pool there was a bunch of ant all over the counters we contacted management and their response was oh it’s normal. No it’s not normal because my wife is from Maui. They were exterminating all the condos at the time of our arrival they entered the condo without us being present after being informed that nobody would enter the condo while we were not there. The AC unit was only on for two hour increments. it was an inconvenience as we had to get up every two hours throughout the night to turn the AC on."
