We found two units in the same building here and it was fantastic. We had 3 teenagers, and my mother in law, and my husband and I. There were plenty of places to sleep, so all the kids had their own space. The pool and spa were great and the beach is right there- we walked on the beach every morning. This is not the "glitzy" area of Maui. Kihei is a great location though, because you are close to any of the beaches, close to the airport, shopping etc. Both units we rented had all the supplies you could possibly need - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and mats, pool toys, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards... you name it! I wasn't sure when booking this because it wasn't around any fancy resorts, but we had the most amazing time ever!!"
