Upon driving up to Maui Sunset we knew we loved the location and the appearance of the grounds. Check in was a breeze and our condo...condo's (4) were all ready for move in. We had one bedroom condo's for each family and the space was perfect. Master suite, family room with Murphy bed and pull out sofa, thus sleeping six easily. The two bathrooms were a great asset as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer was so need to overpack. The grounds were manicured to perfection and were never unkept the entire month we were there. Our condo on the first floor was our gathering place for dinners and the kids absolutely loved playing in the huge yard and the ease of getting to the pool. Many mornings we had breakfast on our lanai and pulled over a picnic table from the yard for our overflow of family, and every evening for dinner. Due to our staying longer than planned we did move from 111 to 115, which both were great. Each condo had a front closet with beach toys, beach chairs, some had board games and books. Plenty of beach towels in each condo. The pool and hot tub were so clean and warm...even in January. A very short walk to the beach was very rewarding and the kids loved being in the sand and surf. The gas grills were right in the center of the grounds and we used them several times as did others...all they ask is that you clean them after you use them, plus they scrub them also. The parking was plentiful, as we did have four cars, and an actual area to rinse the car and beach gear was right there also. The location was about 1/2 hour from Lahaina which was perfect. We were in a quiet area yet close to all the grocery, drug stores and restaurants you could want. The best beaches were within a couple of miles from us and we tried to do a different one often.
