MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Visitor Reviews (1) Write a Review! "Great Location, Very Clean... but hot Great location next to all of the restaurants! We traveled with 80 year old parents and appreciated they could walk down to food if we went snorkeling for the day. The condo was very clean and updated. However, the AC is not what we are used to. The wall units are older and could be tuned up, we were never cool in the condo. The windows are wooden slats that have screens over them and do not close all the way so there was no way to get truly cool. However, the washer didn't drain and there was a repair person there right away, very helpful. Great location and very clean, but we were hot for 7 days. " Jul 03, 2025 - Katie O., OLATHE, KS
