Four floor to ceiling oversized sliding glass doors that offer GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS UNIT, with beautiful evening sunsets. BEST of the BEST located in the Kuakini tower. White Sands beach, Magics Beach Grill & Lounge also a Snack Shack are directly across the street.
This condo has been refreshed with new paint, flooring & Lanai carpeting, very clean, all updated in June 2025.
The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your favorite meals with quality cookware, dishes & glassware,
including a filtered water system.
Included: Complementary central air conditioning, one assigned covered parking space.
Lush tropical landscaping across the very well maintained property.
Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dish soap, bath & beach towels, bedding, high speed internet, cable TV, pool, hot tub, steam room, exercise room, tennis/pickle ball courts, outside covered dinning area at the pool area BBQs, kitchen, laundry & dishwasher soap, etc.
Everything you need for the beach or the pool, towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, floaties, buckets, shovels & ice chest with frozen ice ready to go are all for your use.

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area. Elevator access as well!
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!
**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details**

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Perfect Kona Vacation
This two bedroom paradise in Kona dot’s all the i’s and crosses all the t’s. Most all supplies you need are included on hand in the condo. All you need to bring is clothes and food. Wonderful view of the Pacific with beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended!"

The condo had amazing views from the lanai. It was very clean. I had a small issue trying to get in which was completely my fault but I texted management and the replied right away. Magic beach is across the street. Took about 2 minutes to walk there. The pool on the property was great. We used the grill a couple of times. They were clean and worked well. They also have tables set up, a small refrigerator if you need it and a sink and counter which was very handy.
The condo has everything you need to cook, plenty of beach towels and equipment. "

"This place has so much to offer. Amazing!
I can spend 30 mins writing all the amazing things about this place. My family just came back from our 4 night stay here, and everything here is immaculate. Location, Sunset, parking, facilities, etc. Some of the things that impressed me a lot were: Common pool area with billiard table in a nice shaded area, Amazing wrap around balcony with one of the best sunset views, well equipped kitchen with water filteration system, tonnes of beach supplies.
One tip for anyone renting this place: Do not bring a lot of stuff other than your clothes, if you are staying here. Chances are they have it, and if not, there is a walmart 5-10 mins away."
