Whether you are an Ironman triathlete or an ocean enthusiast, this stunning, remodeled property, will please all. Its location in the downtown Kona, is lively and in the heart of all the amenities. Restaurants, shopping, the ocean are literally at your doorstep. It is roomy enough for up to 4 guests, as there is a sleeper sofa. The furnishings are high end and designed to entertain. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the bed is king size!
The walk-in closet has ample space for your belongings. The lanai looks out onto the ocean and also, to the pool and immaculately kept gardens.
The 2 chaise lounges are a great spot to sit and view the ocean with your favorite cocktail and the dining table seats up to 4.
The pool is pristine and excellently maintained. There is a BBQ for your convenience at the complex. There are cooling trade winds and gorgeous sunsets. There is a festive night life and live music usually morning to night. It's relaxing to sit and sip a cup of coffee at your favorite coffee house on the ocean, listening to live music while you people watch. It is fabulous to head over to any local restaurant or bar and watch the sunset with your friends or family sharing some wine. This is in the heart of it all!

The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

We stayed 3 nights, weather was great, had coffee on our lanai every morning and went out to eat only once. We cooked in our kitchen all other times. Getting in, parking and getting out was a breeze. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

Great location, clean, with partial view of the ocean. This condo is well maintained with a nice set-up and two bathrooms. The complex is a bit dated on the outside, but we found it very comfortable on the inside and it is very convenient to everything. The property manager was very responsive, and we would definitely stay here again. Great value."

Unit 410 has very nice modern apppointments including excellent air conditioning. You can relax and listen to the ocean all day and night. The view from the living room and balcony is very pleasing to the eye. The property management is the best I have ever experienced. You can't beat the location. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the needed essentials. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the property. Everything in the condo was in good working order. However, sheets and towels were rather dated. "

"Comfortable, clean condo in a great location!
The location was terrific, in the heart of Kailua village and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the space was ample. The few minor concerns we had were quickly addressed and resolved promptly. An added bonus was the provision of beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels and coolers for our use. I would highly recommend staying here."

The condo is excellent. The convenience of the property, the security, the location and the pool area are all great. The actual condo has everything you need and is beautiful. The only thing is the hair dryer and the ice maker doesn’t work but that was not a problem. "
