Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach! CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Being such a short walk to town is such a treat as well. The property is absolutely beautiful and is very well maintained all throughout. The condo itself is amazing! Complete kitchen, two bathrooms, AC (in both the bedroom and living room), comfy bed and all of the beach gear you'd need for a day out. I'd highly recommend this condo and location to anyone looking to experience the relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and easy going! I'd also recommend checking out Huggo's/Huggo's on the Rocks (about a five-minute walk from the condo) and order garlic parmesan fries, they're life changing!" There was a stackable w/d. The two bathrooms offered a hers/his sitch which was great! The bed was comfortable. The hall closet was nicely stocked with beach stuff. I only had two disappointing factors in this otherwise wonderful stay. #1 While the location was very walkable to restaurants it was not close to any grocery shopping. #2 The condo faces the southwest (?) there was no opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset from our lanai.. that truly was a bummer." The tub/shower in the master bedroom really needs grad bars installed. The side of the tub is very high and it's treacherous getting in and out.
