There's a 48" Inch HD TV for Cable TV Entertainment use in the Living area as well for you. You have your own private WIFI Available.
Beautifully decorated & great attention to detail throughout this comfortable space. There's a small dining area adjacent to the Kitchen with a high top table & chairs to enjoy meals while enjoying the view!
This Fully Equipped Kitchen has a full sized Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker & nearly every cooking utensil someone could yearn for!
As you walk towards the Bedroom, you'll notice the wall has been opened up to allow more of an open concept feel. There's a curtain that separates the Bedroom from the Living Area. The bedroom has a very comfortable King Sized Bed with a great amount of closet space available for your use. A Dresser available for your belongings as well.
The Bathroom can be accessed from the Bedroom and/or the Living Room area. In this space, you'll find your full sized front loading washer/dryer, walk in shower, and beautiful vanity.
The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, beach chairs, beach bag, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, an iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies, & many more items of convenience to ensure you have the perfect stay. Air Conditioning Wall Unit In Living Room Area Only.
Kona Mansions is located near all the action spots in Kailua Village, short distance to Honl's beach, close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Kailua pier and all the events that take in place in downtown Kona. There is a pool & common area BBQ's at the complex for your use as well.
We want your stay to be exceptional, so we do want to make sure to PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: *** While there is a sliding door that allows for the breeze to quickly and efficiently keep the unit comfortable, there is NO balcony/lanai. *** Unit is on the third (top) floor of the building, and there is NO elevator.

Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Cozy Hawaiian Charm
Besides the easy walk to town and view of the ocean, when I opened the door to this place I felt a soothing calm. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking, making coffee or a pot of rice. It was nice to see the sunset and watch the ocean activities through the day. The bed was very comfortable. There was a little ukulele which I can tune not play! The bathroom was small but had good space and was very clean. "

"Kona Condo
We stayed in this updated condo for a few days so we were conveniently located to walk into town for shopping and restaurants. It worked out great. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This was not a problem for us. It is not fancy but clean and well stocked for a short stay. There is not a balcony to sit outside. Only a sliding glass door with a tiny balcony to stand on. Rental company was very responsive and available to help. "

"Beautiful studio with ocean view
Small, cute studio with everything you need: fully functional kitchen w/ pots, pans, utensils, etc, comfy king bed, towels, even some beach gear which was a pleasant surprise. Smart TV, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. A really well outfitted condo, just a short walk to oceanfront restaurants and bars.
We stayed a full week and loved it. Only wished there was a vacuum/broom so we could fight back against the sand we tracked in from the beautiful Kona shore!"

Cute little condo located just of famous Ali’i Dr in Kona was perfect as a home base for my husband and I to explore the island. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach! Owners provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and snorkel gear. We had a great time. Condo was a short walk from restaurants and shops on Ali’i Drive, making it perfect to enjoy an evening out. Ocean views from the balcony were also great for sunsets. "

"Great stay
The condo was in a great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was clean with a nice kitchen which allowed us to enjoy some meals at home. We never had a chance to use the pool, the beach is within walking distance."

"Kona Mansions
It was a very rewarding vacation with my wife of 49 years . Condo had everything that we needed . washer dryer nice . View was perfect . Area many shops restaurants . The only issue was one ,and that is no elevators which would help with older travelers like my wife ,and myself. At age 75 and 72 a elevator would have eliminated stress from dragging luggage up to 301 on the third floor"

The Kona Mansions 301-A unit worked great for us. Short walk to shops and restaurants by the sea wall. Nice view of the ocean and anchored cruise ships from the window. Small beach 5 minutes away. Location was a great home base which allowed us to go on hikes all over the island. The unit is very clean and reasonably priced compared to similar rentals in the area. Knutson & Associates was great to work with."

"Nice location and unit
Everything was wonderful however, if you are going to stay there, as to have the air conditioner turned on because it is so small that it takes 12-14 hours to cool the place off. Also, there aren't any privacy curtains on the large sliding glass door so bring a bathrobe and eye mask for the sunlight in the morning."

"Amazing Stay and visit in Kona
My wife and I have been to Kona at least 12 times. This was our greatest experience. The Condo was clean, full of all the amenities needed to cook and enjoy big screen television. Beach towels, surf boards, outdoor chairs and much more are available in this condo. The layout of the Condo was comfortable and a great view of the ocean from anywhere inside. If you're looking for a clean, freshly remodeled kitchen and bathroom this is your location. Restaurants, the ocean and entertainment is walking distant from this location. We will definitely look to rent this condo again. The management company,Knutson & Associates were amazing and helpful. "

"Cronin Hawaii Vacation
We had a wonderful experience at 301 Mansions in Kona. The views from the condo were wonderful and as expected from the brochures assuming you enjoy sunsets. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. with plenty of towels. Found beach equipment including boogie boards, swim fins and snorkeling gear. The swimming pool is not as big as I thought, but it is adequate and has shade. The location is great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Bottom line, we will come back again. "

"Great Stay!
Nice view of the ocean and various activities could be seen every day from the little table by the sliding glass doors. Cleanliness is a high priority for us and this place definitely met our expectations. Location was perfect for daily strolls along the Kona coast and shops in the area. Lots of eating places to choose from also. Would highly recommend. "

"Perfect vacation!
Our vacation rental was perfect! The space itself was beautiful and cozy, just like the pictures and the veiw was spectacular!It had everything you could possibly need. The bed was so comfy and the linens were amazing. We were a very short walk to restaurants and shops so we didn't even use our car that often except when we wanted to explore the rest of the island.The property manager was great when we had questions and everyone at Knutson and Associates were a dream to work with.We can't wait to return! "
