The Interior space has been extended, so it's a bit larger than other units because the lanai has been removed. There are sliders that open, but no lanai space as a FYI. A parking space that's close to the front door as well! Kalani Kai calls has a wonderful pool deck that is finished in beautiful stonework. A community grilling area contributes to the tropical lifestyle and it's practically right outside your front door. It's just a short walk to Kailua Pier, shopping, restaurants and night life on Alii Drive. The owners of Unit#109 want to provide the best service possible for their guests. will offer guests who book Unit#109 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest! 1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize 2. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The unit had all the amenities for our stay as well as beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler etc. Unfortunately the lanai is non existent due to renovations to the unit. There isn’t enough room for a chair on the lanai. The unit is a little dated but clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
