CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

After much struggle I was able to get them back on. Also, the bedroom lamp switch is also a hazard. I would have replaced it if I had some tools. I told your rep about it when he called to check on us. Overall we had a wonderful time! The location was great! The condo was clean and the amenities were great! The price was also very reasonable for all that you get!" Easy access to get in as, I followed the instructions from the owner who emailed me. The property was small but doable. It was four of us. The couch was a pulled out which was perfect for my two little ones. I was in heaven when I saw there was a washer and dryer. The owner provided a lot of accessories especially beach chairs, beach toys, and etc. The kitchen was just perfect where it provided everything. Our view from the beach was just beautiful when the sunset was showing. Walking distance to a lot of cool places like the beach, little market, ABC Store, and etc. The lady upstairs was nice. The only con I would say when your walking around inside the property you can hear your footsteps so, it feels like we are being loud even though we aren’t but you can hear the people upstairs when they’re walking around. Other than that the place was Amazing. They do have a A/C unit which keeps the place nice and cool. The pool is a walking distance but eh we needed the walk and they also provide a grill as well. The owner would check on us here and there to see how was our stay or if we needed anything else through a text. I recommend this place to give it a shot.
