MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

When we first arrived and opened the 3 sliding doors to the closet, they all fell off their rails. They are tall and heavy. After much struggle I was able to get them back on. Also, the bedroom lamp switch is also a hazard. I would have replaced it if I had some tools. I told your rep about it when he called to check on us. Overall we had a wonderful time! The location was great! The condo was clean and the amenities were great! The price was also very reasonable for all that you get!"

"Lovely location
Upon my arrival, the property was on the first level and the parking was right in front of the property. Easy access to get in as, I followed the instructions from the owner who emailed me. The property was small but doable. It was four of us. The couch was a pulled out which was perfect for my two little ones. I was in heaven when I saw there was a washer and dryer. The owner provided a lot of accessories especially beach chairs, beach toys, and etc. The kitchen was just perfect where it provided everything. Our view from the beach was just beautiful when the sunset was showing. Walking distance to a lot of cool places like the beach, little market, ABC Store, and etc. The lady upstairs was nice. The only con I would say when your walking around inside the property you can hear your footsteps so, it feels like we are being loud even though we aren’t but you can hear the people upstairs when they’re walking around. Other than that the place was Amazing. They do have a A/C unit which keeps the place nice and cool. The pool is a walking distance but eh we needed the walk and they also provide a grill as well. The owner would check on us here and there to see how was our stay or if we needed anything else through a text. I recommend this place to give it a shot. "

"Perfect Vacation
The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to town. It’s peaceful and not noisy. The apartment was located on the first floor and the designated parking was right around the corner. There was no problem getting around town. I would highly recommend renting the apartment. I always enjoy visiting the Big Island. "

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor space. The complex itself had issues. The water was shut off on Monday during our stay. There was a plumbing company there all day making a lot of noise. The rest of the week we felt we were staying in a construction zone. It was very loud in our unit all day. The pool area was very basic very little landscaping. It felt more like a community pool. We would not plan on staying there in the future. "

It was a great location just above the town. 4 minute drive. The place had everything we needed to cook some fish we caught, beach chairs, beach towels. The washer and dryer were great for us. We will be back again. "

"The Perfect Place
We really loved this rental. We went for 5 days with our two kids and had the best time. The rental even has beach chairs and boogie boards! Everything was insanely clean. Zero sand anywhere. I thought that was so crazy haha the lock on the door is super nice and the rental company responds very quickly. We also thought the location of the rental was perfect. So close to downtown and really easy to get in and out on all’I drive. 10/10 would recommend staying here! "
