CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great space fo party of 4-5, but not 8.
Beautifully appointed unit. Very nice location for walking to restaurants and activities. Unit was listed for up to 8 people, but really is only comfortable for 4-5 at most. There is no lani or space other than the main room and two beds are also in that room. There were also only chairs to seat 6 and silverware for 6. The bathrooms are nicely done, but very tiny. great supply of snorkel stuff! This is a very nice place but 8 is too many."

"7people and a baby
This condo is huge! We had 6 adults, 1 grown size 10 year old, and a baby. It comes pretty stocked with supplies, including beach gear like wet shoes, snorkle gear, and a wagon. Great central location in town to just walk instead of paying parking fees. If I had to give 1 bad thing, the parking is tight and the garage is scarey. The management company was great! We tried to use the dryer and it was not working (loud and not drying). They came and changed it the next day."

"Amazing Kona vacation
Our family of 6 loved this rental. The location was perfect, walking distance to so many places and short drive to Costco. The condo was set up perfectly with the extra beds in the main room, the kitchen was well stocked as was the closet with the beach chairs snorkel and reef shoes. Management was responsive and helped us out a lot. Would definitely recommend and the positive reviews helped us pick this place."

"Clean, close to town and just as pictured
This spot worked well for our family. It was clean and had comfy beds for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to breakfast in the morning, to the water for sunset, and/or to restaurants/shops. Great location. "

"Location!!
This was the perfect set up for our family of 7. Private bedrooms for the adults and plenty of space for the kids in the two beds in the living space. Location really sells this place. One minute walk to the heart of town. Lots of restaurants, shops, and super close to the ocean. Another huge perk is parking. Since most public parking isn’t free anymore, having a secured underground parking space included with our stay was a huge plus. "

Stayed here for the Ironman World Championship. Fantastic location- very convenient and close to race venue, and many restaurants, all within short walking distance. The condo was great. All updated kitchen. Lots of space. Great having washer/dryer. Convenient parking underground. Hold not have picked a better spot for race week. Very happy with our stay. "

"Clean and Updated Condo in Heart of Kona
Condo has been very nicely updated, A/C worked well and the enclosed lanai makes the living room very spacious. Everything was clean and all the necessary kitchenware was available.
If you have stayed at other Hawaii condos, please be aware that there is minimal beach gear available (2 boogie boards). At first we were disappointed but by keeping all the closets clean and free of clutter they can control pests and we did not see any bugs in the condo during the entire stay, which is a first in Hawaii.
The location is fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Beautiful place!
We had a great stay at this condo. It was exactly as pictured and was well appointed. Quiet. Nice location in Kona.
The only thing that was a bit of a negative is there are a lot of rules. In reality, they're no big deal--no smoking, keep the parking pass in the right spot in the car, etc--but there are a lot of reminders on the property. "

"The place was clean and spacious. Close to stores and coffee shop
We enjoyed being so close to down town. On a negative not my husband got asked right outside the property to buy drugs from a guy. Another local saw this and warned my husband to get away from him because he is bad news (scary). We were very unhappy with the extremely hard beds. My husband and I both endured back pain from this along with lack of sleep. We ended up sleeping on the air mattress for 2 of the nights. The unit also only offered 2 beach chairs. We were hoping they would be more beach supplies for our kids."

"My Paradise Island
I used vrbo to book an 11-day family trip to celebrate my daughters Sweetsixteen.
I was a little nervous because I've never used this app before, let alone renting from a third-part property just based on a few nice pictures/reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised to see this gorgeous condominium that looked just like the pictures and described to the T. The best part about Kona Plaze is that it's located in the heart of coconut Grove walking distance from the fruit market, shopping centers, and very nice restaurants on the water front. Knutson & Associates, take care of any concerns or problems that come our way immediately, I would definitely book with this company again.

"Upscale property and excellent location
The condominium is very well upscaled with newer appliances, floors and bathrooms. Couch is very cozy and full with internet/tV technology. Location was great with next to the beach , Ali drive.
