This beautiful townhome has an incredible location, only a few steps away from the Black Sand Beach on site! Featuring 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful option for your Hawaii Vacation! Fully remodeled throughout, Air Conditioning in unit. This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill. King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, & 2 Twin Sized Beds in the Second Bedroom! Beach gear available for guests to use! The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts. One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago. The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to. TA#-01 STVR#2022-000247 **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The property was clean and the presentation upon arrival was very nice. We enjoyed the amenities of the property playing Pickleball several days and enjoying laying out at the pool. Our unit was only steps away from the beach, so that was another bonus and we enjoyed sunset and early morning time there. If you enjoy walking, you can take a stroll for morning coffee up to the nearby shopping center or walk up along the coast line on Ali’i. We did the self check in, which was super easy. The communication from the property management company was A+; They did check in a couple times during the week to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed.
