CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Could use better lighting in the bathroom. The a/c system doesn’t seem to be adjustable in temperature or fan speed even though the thermostat had options. I don’t think this is specific to this unit, we have stayed in other units with the same issue. The very spacious unit had everything we needed including a washer/dryer (not in all units) and other items such as an ice chest and a snorkel set. We really enjoyed the view. The complex had their own beach/sand area as there is no ocean swimming in the area. We enjoyed several sunsets there. We enjoyed several ocean activities, in particular snorkeling with the manta rays. There's a beach on the other side of the Kamehameha Hotel that we enjoyed. Our place was on the third floor and we had a great location to see the ocean and the beautiful sunsets every day. Our room was clean and nice to have a washer/dryer. The pool a nice option instead of the beach sometimes. It is nice that there is a library with many books to choose from. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we come to Kona again. John the maintenance person kept the area very clean. The only con I can say is maybe a queen bed at least, we aren't big people but it is cozy sleeping.
