Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts. One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago. The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The unit was "updated" many years ago, so that was a little disappointing. However, the management company was excellent and the cleaning crew did their best. There is a beach you can take a short walk to and relax. It's a bit rocky but still enjoyable. We even saw a turtle swimming. Beds/pillows are amazingly comfortable and we slept well after long days. Unit was clean and well-stocked with beach gear, coolers, etc. The property contact person was very responsive when we reached out regarding a grill issue, and it was fixed quickly. Great time!"
