CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Exceeded Expectations
The property was great for our family of four and felt spacious and comfortable. The unit exceeded expectations. It was clean with comfortable beds and couches, ample dishes and appliances (toaster and toaster oven, coffee press and standard coffee maker, an ice maker in the fridge/freezer, plenty of towels. We also appreciated the beach/pool and tennis supplies in the closet including a small cooler and some chairs. Although it does not have AC, the doors/windows open with good screens and the ceiling fans work great to get a nice cross breeze through the unit. This was preferable to another unit we rented on the island with very loud wall based AC units."

"Everything you need
Our stay in Kona was perfect. Conveniently located. There were beach supplies, and washer and dryer. We cooked meals at the condo bc my daughter has allergies to various foods and the kitchen had all supplies needed. Even things for us to store if we had leftovers. Beautiful place and quiet. "

"great location, nice condo, clean and comfortable
everything was lovely, very inconvenient to have 2 large closets locked in the second bedroom, locked for the owners convenience. one closet in the hall could have been used as owners locked possessions and linens relocated to empty shelves under the bathroom sink, one of the owners closets should have been left usable to tenants, it was inconvenient as we had to disturb the guests in the master bedroom to share their closet. not well thought out by owers!!!"

"Spacious, comfortable and clean
The space was as described. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. Plenty of beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Loved having a washing machine and dryer. There were extra fans available for use as there was no air conditioning. We left the windows open to cool things down, however, the main bedroom is next to the parking lot, so leaving windows open overnight is quite noisy when people come in late and talk in the parking lot. Other than that, the property has a lot of amenities and is convenient to access. "

"5 star luxury
We loved this condo! It is even more lovely than the pictures show. The decor is classy, understated, and made up feel like we were at a 5-star resort. It is clear they stay here themselves and this is not just a rental with cheap or well-worn furniture. The owners have thought of every single thing you might need on your trip, down to an ice pack in the freezer! Very private and peaceful. We did not want to leave and would definitely stay here again."

When we arrived to this rental it was gorgeous! They had the screen doors open and aired out allowing us to feel we just arrived to a tropical resort!. My fiance was wowed to no end! They had every bit of essentials already there to make the stay welcoming! Grocery store right up the hill and town/shopping 5-10 min drive Ali’I drive! Would absolutely stay there again!! Loved every minute; home away from home! "

"Two thumbs up!
This ground floor unit was great! Good for two couples - each with a full en-suite. Easy access to the BBQ or the shoreline to watch crashing waves and a sunset. Short walk to a beach. Community pickle ball/tennis/pool. The unit was clean, had adequate supplies and a nice kitchen. Short drive to Kona or Capt Cook’s snorkeling bay. Close to groceries/drugstore. "

"Amazing stay
We rented a unit in the tennis and racket ball club. It was amazing. Not only the accommodations great, they thought of everything. In our unit we had coolers for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, lawn chairs, sand toys, and the list goes on! I would highly recommend this unit to someone else. The only minor downfall is that there is no air conditioning. Coming from Canada we embraced the heat and humidity, but certainly was a little warm in the evenings. "

"Relaxing well appointed family friendly vacation rental
This corner unit has it all! The community is quiet and well cared for with dramatic ocean views a lovely pool area tennis courts and convenient parking! The unit had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and easy. The bedrooms are big the bathrooms have amazing water pressures and I loved sitting on the massive lanai with morning coffee. When we needed an extra bogie board our host returned my text almost immediately and said we can purchase one for the unit for reimbursement. It was the perfect location...quiet yet easy to get to and locate. Near fantastic magic sands beach - a must go! Thank you to this host and their magical aloha spirit that was the perfect home base for our first trip to the Big Island. Would Definitely recommend! "

"Peaceful paradise
This 2 BR condo is clean, well equipped, and in such a lovely location. There was tropical vegetation, a slight view of the ocean and just very private and peaceful. It is only about a mile to restaurants and a good grocery. Management was readily available to answer questions when needed. Simply lovely!"

The property was very nice and convenient for exploring the Kona side of the island. The outdoor patio was secluded due to it being a corner unit and the surrounding bushes. The entire property was fun to explore the shoreline and historical areas. Our family would definitely consider staying here in the future!"

"Amazing, wish we had stayed longer
This is one of the best-equipped rental units we have ever stayed in. It feels like new and is set in an extremely quiet complex. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic, the BBQ was nearby. We actually decided to make more meals at home because of how wonderful the layout and amenities were. The pool and tennis courts were a nice treat for the kids, and the overall location of the complex is close to everything in the area. Would definitely recommend. The condo was also very clean and well-kept. Knutson & Associates were 100% professional. "

"Great Family Vacation Spot
Our family had a wonderful time at #6101. The home was beautifully decorated and will all the amenities a family would need. From beach towels, beach chairs and even sand toys for the little ones. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing at the pool and the back patio. Wish we could have stayed longer. Was also very impressed with the attentiveness the rental company gave to us during our stay. Recommendation for places to visit and eat. Thank you for a great vacation! "

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Keaahou. Location right by the water was awesome, quiet gated complex, perfect sunset views and walks along the golf course. The unit was superbly appointed, and the kids enjoyed the privacy of their bedroom/bathroom corner. Mornings in the lanai were peaceful. Would recommend !"

Overall a good experience. Rae (the site manager) was helpful and courteous. The condo was well outfitted and comfortable. There was loud tree trimming and other maintenance during the day 5 of our 7 days there. Was then contacted two days after we checked out and accused of damaging a sliding screen that was damaged when we arrived. "

"Impeccable!
We had to switch rentals (from another property with an issue) to this one last minute and we're so glad we did. This rental was absolute perfection. It was super clean, and the setup was perfect. Everything in unit was brand new and was well stocked (all the little things that you usually need to run out and buy were here for us). There were plenty of extra linens, towels, etc. Setup was great -- a BBQ was right out the back close to the unit. There wasn't a direct sunset view but you had to walk a few steps and would see it. Magic Sands was only about a 5 min drive (plenty of parking there). We would absolutely stay here again!"
