CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Magical stay in Kailua-Kona
Our time in Kona was amazing and Kona Plaza #202 was a perfect base for our adventures. Perfect size for a couple with plenty of space for indoor and outdoor chilling. Air con worked well when needed and loved the ceiling fans too. Well equipped kitchen, comfy king bed, and the lanai was a perfect perch from which to observe sunsets, bird antics, and all the action of Ali’i Drive! We didn’t need any help during our stay but management was readily accessible if we had. Would definitely return and recommend! Mahalo for a relaxed and comfortable stay!"

Overall excellent. Condo was roomy and comfortable.
The only drawback is that the bucket with the AC runoff needs to be emptied several times a day. Wait too long and some water spills on the lanai when removing the bucket for emptying."

The room was clean and the location is great. We had no problem checking in or out. Everything is organized and professional. The unit was clean. We were excited for the pool, but bummed to find out that it was closed until further notice due to the plaza not having a permit. If we return to Kona, we will look to book with Knutson & Associates again. "

This was so conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Kona. We loved staying here. It was a quick walk down to the pier to swim every morning and the unit was well equipped with all we needed."

"Comfortable condo, close to everything
My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week-long vacation to the big island. Pros to this space are that it was pretty well equipped and comfortable, the rental company was very responsive to emails, it had a beautiful balcony, included parking, the pool was nice and never too busy, and it was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. We did note a few concerns and have addressed them with the owners. These included some maintenance concerns due to the property's age and not being stocked with enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. Overall, this was a great place to call home for the week, and we would recommend it to others for its great location and affordable price. "

"Great vacation
We really enjoyed our stay in Kona Plaza 202. The unit is conveniently located, close to everything from beach to restaurants and grocery stores, very clean, spacious enough for small family and has everything that can be required for feeling home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked, huge balcony with partial ocean view, a/c works perfectly, plenty of linens and towels, king size bed was comfortable. Management company went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us - special thank you for this! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back."
