CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Memorable stay at Endless Summer Hale
Our group of 4 adults and 4 children (ages range from 4 to 11) enjoyed our stay at Endless Summer Hale. There was plenty of seating and space in the kitchen and living room, and there were great views of the ocean and surfers from the lanai.
The property is located away from the commercial section of Ali'i Drive. It felt safe and it was quiet at night, except for the sounds of the ocean. Beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores are within 10 minutes by car. The driveway had enough space to park our large SUV. For future guests, note that the driveway is a little bit hidden and the street numbering is a bit tricky. Neighboring addresses all start with the same two digits, and a neighboring address has a very similar address. This is no fault of the property... once you find the right driveway, you're good. Also note that the walkway to the front door has about 5 steps, just something to be aware of for mobility.
The property was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials, beddings, and beach accessories that we needed. For our group of 8, a few extra beach and bath towels would have been convenient. We noticed some small bugs in and around the property. The owners were proactive by laying many bug traps around but nature will find a way.
The rental management staff was very helpful and informative, they responded to email and text messages promptly. The rental instructions were clear. Checking-in and out was smooth. We had no issues during our stay."

"Beautiful house beautiful location
We loved our stay at endless summer hale! It slept 8 of us comfortably with the provided air mattress and pull out beds. We loved the kitchen with dishes provided for cooking. The house was clean and met our needs perfectly. We did drive a lot to get to most beaches and adventures but that was planned. The beach within walking distance was nice but we didn’t spend much time there. Whenever we had questions we sent a text and got a very quick response. Loved our vacation in Hawaii!"

"Lovely Relaxing
We had stay and the house was lovely. Garden was also very beautiful with lots of flowers ,birds and butterflies. Great location , we went snorkeling almost every day we were there. We will definitely book again!"

"Great stay close to town
We had a fantastic stay at Endless Summer Hale. The property was an easy drive or Uber into town but far enough out that quiet mornings on the deck with coffee were possible. We loved having access to beach chairs & umbrellas as well as all of the amenities inside the house. Would definitely stay again! "

This house is ideal for 2 couples. It is spacious, clean, modern, and has all that is needed. It fits the description on the internet. The property managers were very communicative and left nothing open. Excellent view from the balcony directly to the surfers in front of Kahalu'u Bay."

"Great Location
Great location, right on the water. Between Captain Cook and Kona which is perfect for reaching most activities. Side note: There's a Church with some black rocks around it nearby. Don't step on the rocks! There are no signs (we looked everywhere) but it's a sacred site and you are not supposed to walk on the rocks. Don't make the same mistake we did and look like an ignorant tourist. "

"I want to buy this place!
The entire experience at Endless Summer Hale was fantastic! The booking agents were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. the residence itself is very comfortable and there are A/C units in each room (something I couldn't be sure of from the pics).
One thing to note, is that the flora and fauna (jungle) is no longer behind the house. It was getting torn out during the time we stayed there. STAFF: Please provide updated pics so there is no unintended backlash from booking guests.
I would be very happy to stay here again, especially with the top shelf level of service the Property Management at Knutson & Associates provided. "

"Fantastic Location
The home and location were both overall amazing. The views were stunning!
The communication from the property management company was minimal and the house instructions had some confusing aspects but the management company worked with us to resolve the issue.
Know that the whole home is under surveillance. You can unplug the interior camera but when you are on the deck (where you will want to spend the majority of your time), there are many cameras all watching the same angles.
Beyond this, the neighborhood is great and the ocean is right there!"

We loved our stay at this beautiful, modern comfortable home. The beach was right across the street and we enjoyed eating outside on the veranda. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook a nice meal, including a grill. I would definitely stay here again. There was a great snorkeling beach just down the road. "
