This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a gated special Oceanfront Development. Enjoy 3 lighted tennis courts, a remodeled pool, volleyball court, BBQ'S for use, & a clubhouse on site. One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club!
Spacious, airy, and filled with sunlight, this tropical vacation getaway is one of the rare corner units with a 20 foot cathedral ceiling. It has a wraparound tiled lanai that offers a view of a lush tropical garden that leads to the oceanfront. Your daily sunset show will be silhouettes of palm trees in the backdrop of a purple sky.
The master bedroom offers a peekaboo ocean view and beautiful mountain views to wake up to, and receives intoxicating morning breezes. It has a gel foam king bed for the ultimate comfort. The second bedroom with a plush queen bed can be closed off by shoji doors for privacy into a suite with bath. A spiral staircase leads to a very private, cozy third (converted loft) bedroom with a King Sized Bed and its own closet.
A super-spacious kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, a microwave, and a quiet dishwasher. Your breakfast can be served at the sprawling granite breakfast counter or on the lanai with a serene morning view.

Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great , quiet property for a group
We were a group of 6 paddlers here for a big outrigger race. The property had ample space for all of us, and sitting areas which allowed different configurations. The amenities such as a pool and BBQs were great. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, the lanai pleasant and the property had beach gear such as chairs and coolers. The location is nice , beachside and away from the hustle and bustle of Kona. There is a shopping centre and grocery nearby ( walking distance) which was very convenient. The management company was good with communication and resolved a plumbing issue very promptly and compensated us very fairly for a washer which did not work and was being replaced. We were also offered a very good option to move if that was our preference. Things do happen and what matters is how it’s dealt with. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and had a few basics such as salt, pepper and herbs and spices. The AC is an optional charge but necessary in summer. We were very happy with our stay and with the prompt attention to our needs. "

"Our home away from home
The condo was perfect for our family. Our granddaughter Sophia referred to it as our Hawaii home and that it just the way it made us feel. The lanai was so relaxing, we had Kona coffee in the morning and wine at night. The condo had everything you needed for a day at the beach. We did not want our beautiful vacation to end at our home away from home. Thank you so much for sharing your relaxing beautiful refuge with our family. "

"Living the dream in Kona!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation condo in the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the general condition and maintenance of the property. It was evident that the owners take great pride in keeping this condo in top-notch shape.
The condo was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every room truly stood out, and it was clear that no expense was spared to ensure guests' comfort and enjoyment.
The amenities provided were outstanding. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The living room featured a cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful Kona area. The condo also had a huge, spacious lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture, which was a great spot for sipping my morning coffee while enjoying the serene surroundings.
One of the standout features of this property was its convenient location. It was just a short walk away from the stunning Poipu Beach, which made it easy for me to spend my days swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and I loved being able to take in the breathtaking sunset views each evening.
I also want to commend the excellent property management provided by Knutson & Associates Property Management. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire booking and check-in process. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their professionalism and commitment to ensuring a seamless stay were truly impressive.

"Paradise Home
This is an amazing place to stay. Many restaurants in the area and just a short drive (10 min) to the pier area where you can find all the shopping, food, entertainment, and excursions, and beaches you would need for a great vacation. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family. It has lots of indoor and outdoor space for gathering or relaxing. The hosts were attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back. "

"Highly recommend!
We had an awesome stay at the condo, Keahhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! It was super clean and super comfortable and we recommend it to others, and would also love to stay there again when we go back to Kona. We had two minor issues over the weekend and on Monday they were quick to resolve. The dishwasher latch broke, and they had someone there by 10:30am to repair it. And the dryer needed a reset so they walked us through where the breaker board was and once we reset the breaker, all was well. Mervilyn was very friendly on the phone, and Blake was super helpful and kind over texting. I wish we were still there!! Thanks for such an awesome stay."

"Big Vacation
We stayed at the condo for 1 month with family and friends! Our stay was enjoyable! The beds were comfortable and we had the necessities for a comfortable stay. Lot's of kitchen items. Beach chairs etc. Wonderful neighbors and spent lots of time in the pool. We had sunny hot weather everyday! Thank you so very much!"

"Best leg of our trip!
Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, excellent ventilation and split A/C. Central to everything we wanted to do on the west side of the island. Lovely views, nice pool, walkable to several beach areas for just hanging out as well as swimming/snorkeling. Loved the inclusion of the stack of literature for local points of interest — we checked out the Kanaloa Octopus Farm and it was truly an amazing, likely otherwise impossible visit. A great place to stay in a wonderful part of the world!"

"Perfect!
Unit was great and perfect for our family with 3 kids (9,7,3). All sorts of extras were there for our use - a cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, kitchen supplies (blender, mixing bowls, etc). Internet worked well. Unit would get a little warm during the hot days, but cooled off nicely for sleeping. Beautiful balcony with ocean and sunset views. Walking access to tide pools on the beach where we saw sea turtles! Overall excellent! Would stay here again for sure!"

"A real Gem, home away from home!
We loved this condo! My husband, two teenagers, and my elderly parents stayed in this unit. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the homey feel! We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for all of our meals, and just to relax and visit. There’s a grocery store just blocks away. Ten minute walk to excellent snorkeling. The pool was nice. No beach access here. Nice golf course right beside the resort. There were several bar-b-ques available to use. We had some trouble getting into our unit and the rental staff was readily available to help us gain entry. We highly recommend staying here!! The nighttime Manta Ray snorkel excursion is a must see! "

"Such an amazing stay!
The space is great, all the amenities make it feel like staying at home, but you're in Kona! Just a short walk to a great surf/snorkel beach. Having the 3rd sleeping area made it possible for us to have our own space when needed. The lanai was the kids' favorite place other than the pool! Also, do glad to have the A/C in the afternoon. Blake (our rental agent) was very responsive to any inquiries and overall, the stay was excellent."

The property was adjacent to the Kona Country Club and was very quiet and lovely views. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I would not recommend it for the elderly. The unit was very big and open and had ample space to accommodate 6 guests even though we only had 3. The complex had a nice pool, tennis courts, ping pong tables, gas grills and a private beach. The tidepools left fish, urchins and occasional sea turtles. A pod of dolphins can be seen beyond the reefs. The only issue we had was the internet. Although the wifi was present, it would often say the router had to be reset. So after so many resets, we abandoned the internet and relied on the cell signal. Overall the place and complex were great. If we are fortunate enough to travel back to the Islands, we would not hesitate to stay here. "

"Quiet, clean and roomy.
Chose this condo for a family vacation and happy we did! It was quiet with a large covered patio which we really enjoyed. Unit is roomy with plenty of towels and beach necessities like chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, umbrella, nice bonus which was unexpected. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking although the cookware could be updated, nonstick pans need replacement. The location is perfect, we walked to three beaches, shopping center and restaurants. We all loved the big island the condo, planning to return soon."

"Nice unit in a nice resort
We enjoyed our weeklong stay here. Unit had everything we needed, including beach towels and some beach items. WiFi did not work but we weren’t here to use internet all day, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Washer and dryer was a huge plus, could have easily packed much less. Photos were accurate. Kitchen and bathrooms looked clean. Some areas of the bedrooms could use a bit more dusting. Resort was quiet, safe, nice pool, and friendly people. Not many restaurants within walking distance, so did a lot of driving to the grocery store and eateries. We had cockroaches and geckos visit our condo daily, that’s just part of island life. Walking distance to Kahaluu Beach, epic snorkeling. Knutson provided good customer service from booking through checkout. Mahalo."
