CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The house is very clean and modern - the rooms are all large and the house feels very spacious. The pool and hot tub were great - my son loved swimming around in the pool in the afternoon. The lanai was great and we ate most of our meals here. The house is also in a good location - it's about 15 minutes to downtown Kona and a 40 minute drive in the morning to the harbor if you're going diving. It's also an easy walk down to the Outrigger (it used to be the Sheraton) and the boat ramp there. The one downside is that the house backs onto a golf course and they are frequently cutting the grass early in the morning (between 6 and 6:30 am most days we were there).
