CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

My family (two boys 10 & 14) stayed at this condo during our trip to Hawaii in February. It was incredibly clean, had all the amenities we could ever need, and was plenty big for us to spread out and relax. My husband and I spent a lot of mornings and afternoons on the lanai watching whales—there were so many! The sound of the crashing waves at night was so relaxing. We loved the big couch with plenty of room as well as the large island with seating. The beds were comfortable too! The property is well maintained and seemed to be full of mostly retired age people. Nice and quiet, no issues. Tennis courts looked fun but we didn't have time. We did not use the adjacent beach property as we we drove to different beaches each day including Two Step, Honokohau Beach and we kayaked to Captain Cook monument (highly recommend! epic snorkeling and whale/dolphin watching!). With screens on all the windows and patio doors and ample ceiling fans, the condo stayed at the perfect temperature (AC not required). We loved relaxing on the covered deck where there was lots of room for everyone. The complex was very well maintained, beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and lots to do. Knutson & assoc. were very pleasant to deal with and easy to reach if you had any questions or concerns, check in and out was very simple. There is a shopping area near that was very convenient and easy to access all the restaurants and shops along Ali'i drive. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this property - delightful!"
