MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Beautiful view

"Keahou get away
The property was spotless. We found the deck furniture very uncomfortable and felt the high table and chairs would have been more useable if the chairs swirled they were difficult to get in and out and pulled up to the table. The parking was not good for us as we are both a bit disabled and found it awkward to be looking down the block for parking space. "

"A Dream Come True
We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and decided to spend more than usual for a condo. So HAPPY that we did...this Condo was amazing... beautifully done and lived up to all the descriptions. Loved having the main bed off the lanai...we could hear the ocean throughout the whole condo. Being on the ocean was amazing... have never been do close and it was so beautiful...We must have taken 100 pictures from the lanai and the walkway. I miss it now... it was so peaceful to listen to the ocean.. a great way to fall asleep at night! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything. I would recommend this to all family and friends... We are a Gay couple and our own home is very beautiful... this Condo was equally beautiful!! Tell the owners they did it right... also appreciated Val waiting for us on check in night to show us around the condo and explain all the nuances... Also the grounds of the complex were beautiful...all beds well maintained and lush. Also a very quiet complex... we will definitely be back!....Mark and Craig"

"Wonderful Spot!
This is such a beautiful and comfortable spot to stay. Our family has been to this complex multiple times and adore the ocean front condos as the views cannot be beat. We saw whales daily from the lanai as well as the spinner dolphins on a few different occasions. The property was clean, the finishes were all top top notch and the beds were extremely comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that the owners keep their car parked in the designated parking spot meaning that if you bring a car, you will need to use the visitor spots. Initially, we were concerned that it would be difficult to find a place to park, however during our time there were always lots of visitor spots available to park in so it wasn't a problem at all. We sincerely hope to be back and would not hesitate to book this property again! "

"Hawaiian Racquet Club
The cold had every amenity that made our stay so welcoming. The views are amazing.
We only had 2 suggestions. The parking for us was really hard with the pouring rain not being able to use the spot for the unit and parking far away.
The air conditioning is a little weak but worked for the weather we had.
Would love to see a bigger TV in the living room as there are no tvs in the bedrooms.....We loved our stay there and would return."

"Paradise awaits
Absolutely wonderful accommodations right on the water. We rarely went out for dinner because you couldn't beat the view and experience of having dinner right on the lanai. Condo is very clean, has everything you'd want/need, and is reasonably priced. This was a perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Also want to say thanks to Knutson and associates (the rental company) for staying on top of everything, constantly checking in just to see if we needed anything. Love this place. "

"Great unit at a wonderful location
We had a wonderful stay in this unit for 8 days in November. The location was perfect for us. The neighbours were quiet and early morning coffee and sunsets on the lanai were a highlight - we spotted whales one day. The unit is recently renovated and the kitchen was excellent. Knutson's communications were great, especially Shyya who was assigned to check us in and through our stay. Would definitely book this unit on a return trip and recommend to friends. "

"Tremendous view
We loved staying at this condo, with a wraparound balcony that has great views of the ocean. We were able to see whales, breach, and the effect of the strong winds against the coast. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty amenities."

"The location was perfect.
Overall, this unit was perfect for us. The grounds were very well maintained! The drawbacks were that it did not have any accommodation for hanging clothing or unloading your suitcase into a dresser drawer. No baking pan made it difficult to use the oven, but the top of the stove was great. I did not realize that you only received two rolls of toilet tissue which made it interesting ha ha. We loved the view, the pull-out sofa and the slide wall to close off the main bedroom from the living space. I would rent it again and will recommend it to others."
