There's a outdoor dining table available for meals.
A beautiful element of this unit is the high vaulted ceilings allowing the unit to feel expansive throughout. There is a Bedroom & Bathroom on the Main level, and in the Loft is another bedroom & bathroom. The Living Room has a queen sofa bed!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Wonderful stay in Kona
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this unit. Everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything all the utensils needed for cooking. The air conditioners all worked great. We loved the top floor (3rd floor) unit with its loft bedroom and the outdoor terrace had wonderful view of the ocean. The location is a great location to get to places along the west coast. We did volcanoes national park one day and that is about a 2 hour drive from Kona. "

"Presently surprised.
Apartment inside was groovy with artwork and island treasures. Beds were comfy, perfect for two couples to stay and have private bedrooms far enough apart. The apartment has fins and beach gear to use, including esky’s and beach towels/umbrella. The kitchen was great, couldn’t find a kettle though. The apartment was on the third floor up three flights of stairs. Great location, walking distance to the main strip. "

"Great stay at Kailua Bay Resort #4-303
We were very happy with the rental unit at the Kailua Bay Resort. It was within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown and to grocery stores. The rental unit was very clean, had plenty of towels, cooking pots/utensils and beach items (snorkeling gear, coolers and boogie board). The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning units were a blessing during our stay because it did get hot in the rooms. There were a couple of minor issues with the dryer and pool needing maintenance during our stay, but the managers/owners were so helpful with any issues and were eager to resolve them quickly to make our stay enjoyable. Because the rental unit was close to downtown, at night there were a few homeless people who camped out along the walking area to the downtown area, but they were not aggressive at all. I would highly recommend this rental unit to anyone who is looking to find a clean, nicely decorated and spacious rental unit that is close to amenities for their stay in Hawaii. We were pleased with the prompt, courteous and informative manner the property management team and owners were during our stay."

"A lovely place in a lovely location
The condo community has a nice little pool and clubhouse with 2 barbecues for grilling. On top of that, a walk across the street puts you on Alii drive so you have access to about 15 restaurants with stunning views. I stayed here for an entire month and really got to know the area, and the walk score on this place is 10/10 for groceries, dining, shopping, etc. A decently stocked kitchen if you wanna cook at home, laundry in the unit was a life saver too when staying a while. The patio was a great spot to sit and read in the morning / evening breeze. The place has AC in every room but I didn't need it much with the island breeze. What else can I say? I was perfectly happy to live here for a whole month."

"My Week on the Big Island
This is a very comfortable and well decorated condo. There is framed art throughout this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property. There is plenty of room on the 2 floors and has lots of living space to relax in. It has all the necessary tools needed to cook and launder clothes. The lanai has a great view of the ocean and this location is perfect for walking for coffee in the morning or going across the street to shop, eat or even go to the beach. The free assigned parking spot in the condo is a wonderful asset due to the paid parking in the area. It was nice to call this place home for the week and I would definitely recommend it. "

"Kona Dream
This vacation condo was very nice and close to the main downtown Kona area and all the needed shops/markets/dining nearby. My friends and I were very pleased with how stocked the condo was and how clean it was when checked in. Has everything you needed for a week vacation and the laundry unit was a plus. The only downfall was walking up 3 flights of stairs and not having central AC. There was wall AC units and fans available but still to Hot inside for our liking. Overall a very nice place to stay if you don’t mind being a little warm. Also was a bit tough to find the condo and would recommend better signage but appreciated how quick the host was to respond via text. "

"Kona Stay March 2024
Residence was great, walking distance to all the main Kona restaurants and shops. Initially picked this location to save us on parking in Kona proper. Good choice, because at $13 an hour parking is atrocious. The only concern we had with the property was safety. There were lots of homeless “tweaking” at the main road access to the complex. This made walking a bit of a hassle. There appeared to be a domestic dispute in a nearby residence as well at 3 in the morning one day. Both of these issues were not things that the owner of this unit could have prevented. But a nice to know. "

"Family Fun Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at the property. We found everything on the property as stated. It was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, even a few beaches. We went on hikes, enjoyed the beaches and we took a boat out to see the manta rays! I would recommend this property."

"Beautiful little condo
Beautiful little condo well set up for guests. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Soft towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, even a cooler. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Felt quiet and peaceful in a complex. We struggled to find the actual place at first - building 4, middle stack, top floor - the number is behind the screen door."

"Diamond Jim’s Kona Condo Review
We had a fabulous time staying at this condo in Kona, Hawaii. The owners had it well stopped very comfortable and very very clean. There were historical gear and chairs to take to the beach coolers if you needed it and plenty of room on the lanai to look out at the ocean. I would highly recommend this condo and renting from this company. "
