MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Clean , well appointed and a great view from the lani . This is a smaller complex with a nice quiet atmosphere. We swam daily in the pool, we cooked daily in the very well equipped kitchen and ate most of our meals on the lanai watching the surfers and looking for whales. We travelled and explored all day knowing we had a very comfortable bed to fall into at the end of the day. AC was a bonus although we didn't use it much because the breeze from the ocean was perfect. We were able to pack light because we knew we had a washer/dryer which also we in great working order. Check in was very easy with very clear instructions. When we come back to the Big Island, we would definitely stay here again!
