CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The place was clean, the bedding was comfy, there were a lot of great perks like dish and laundry detergent, coolers, beach umbrella and chairs. The view should have been spectacular. Overall it would have been great and my only complaint would have been that it was very hot when we arrived. With both acs on full blast it still took 2 days to cool down and the loft didn't ever get below 79. The real issue was that 2 hrs before we arrived we were informed that there was spalling work on our balcony. There was an asterisk on the website that it was possible starting April of 2024. There was no world in which I figured that meant they would rope off our balcony and have active construction work occurring during my visit. I was hugely disappointed. The place would have been great. But the loss of balcony (due to dust, equipment, active construction work and 1/4 being roped off) grossly detracted from our experience" May 23, 2025 - , Winter Garden, FL "Beautiful and very comfortable home away from home Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in this apartment. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed and lovely furniture. The upstairs had comfortable bunk bed that worked out great for our teens. The second bed was also great. It was sparkling clean which is super important to us. It was the cleanest place we ever stayed in Hawaii. We really enjoyed our mornings on the lanai, watching the ocean and dolphins. Most of the appliances were like new. We enjoyed our evenings in the pool/ hot tub and sitting by the ocean. The grounds were beautiful too. Everything was Awesome, the kitchen well supplied with all the dishes and cooking supplies needed. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest everything you need for the beach. I fell and scrapped my knee pretty bad at the volcano, got back to the condo and there was a 1st aid kit, peroxide, everything I needed. So many little thing like that are much appreciated.❤️ The pool was so nice and clean. We saw the maintenance man out cleaning it out every morning and he even drained the hot tub and refilled. Very clean and beautiful landscape. The only thing is the a/c in the living room was not as cool as the bedroom, there were plenty of fans to keep you cool. Will stay here again. Loved it!�� P.s I got a pair of shorts stuck in the washer, I text Knutson and they had a maintenance man there within the hour.
