Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Room With A View. Nothing like looking out your front window and seeing and hearing the ocean, the whales and the dolphins. Room is adequately equipped, excellent washer and drier. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Bed is comfy, but small (a double?), should be upgraded to a king. It would be nice to have table and chairs on the deck, I'd rather eat outside in Hawaii. A few more coffee mugs would be great too. Looking forward to returning next year! "

"November Big Island Vacation
This our second time on Hawai’i Island but first time in a Knutson managed property. The condo we rented was in a nice location. It has an awesome ocean view. At least three occasions we watched dolphins in the ocean from our lanai. The dolphin “shows” alone were worth the price of admission. The unit itself was clean and fairly well maintained. Knutson offered help if we needed it. There were no issues that required immediate attention or affected our stay. Yes, we would recommend a Knutson managed property to our friends. "

Great suite, well supplied with all you need as well as snorkeling, bogey boarding and beach day gear. Lots of kitchen stuff and a really comfortable bed. We declined the additional $25.00 a day for the AC and found we really didn't need it. Definitely would be happy staying again."

"One week at Kona Isle
The rental experience was perfect in every way. The unit was immaculately clean and in perfect condition, including all of the fixtures, furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, you name it. The unit was stocked with absolutely everything we need for a home away from home week-long stay, plus extra supplies to head to the beach with, which is such a great perk in a Hawaii rental. We needed assistance as the automatic lock was not functioning upon our arrival, and were presented with a prompt solution of a lock-box key until mgmt could send a repair person. Communication on this matter was prompt and professional. Parking was very convenient with a dedicated reserved space near the building."
