Dishes, Cook Ware all available to you. ~The Living Room is very spacious. Large Flat Screen TV with Cable Access. Wireless High Speed Internet available ~The Lanai features your own private relaxation area. Outdoor dining/relaxation on the Patio Furniture available to you! Your own private BBQ for use! ~Central Air Conditioning Available as an amenity for your comfort. ~Master Bedroom features a King Sized Bed & Direct Access to a Private Lanai! ~Master Bathroom has 2 separated vanity sinks & a Walk in Shower! ~Guest Bedroom downstairs features a Queen Sized Bed. Alii Cove is a 31 night minimum complex, and is one of the premier gated condominium complexes that is a very short walk to the Heart of Kona Town.

This development has one of the most beautiful swimming pools in all of Kona, and it even features a shallow keiki area. Two gates provide convenient driving access to Alii Drive or Kuakini Highway. Other amenities of Alii Cove include a Hot Tub, A Workout Facility, BBQ Grills.

(Additional Service Charge May Apply) 3. Guests receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner. 4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Alii Cove#S1 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"All That We Hoped It Would Be and More
You know how sometimes when you first enter your vacation rental, you wrinkle up your nose – it either smells musty, or old, or just not quite clean. Well, NOT HERE! Our first impression as soon as we opened the door was, “Wow, this place smells wonderful”. And then the details started showing up. From the sweet way the towels and paper products were displayed, to the very well-equipped kitchen, spacious living, dining and family rooms and very comfortable beds, Ali’i Cove S1 is by far our favourite vacation rental! The new lanai furniture and private landscaping was a very pleasant surprise. It is obvious that the owner of S1 cares about his guests! The complex has beautiful landscaping that is well-maintained, and the pool is a good size. We enjoyed the hot tub occasionally as well. The location of Ali’i Cove is very conducive to walking into Kona Town, and enjoying all that it has to offer. A favourite place of ours is Island Lava Java. They have great cinnamon rolls and muffins to take to the beach, as well as a pretty awesome menu for dining in. And don’t forget to go to Bubba and Finn’s for a Dole Whip! Honl’s beach is right across the street from the Ali’i Cove complex and a great place to watch the sunset, or just simply sit and enjoy staring at the huge expanse of the ocean. Knutson and Associates is a great management company. We were very happy with the service we received from them, and we look forward to utilizing their services again in the future. Bottom line – we will be back. Mahalo for a wonderful 6 weeks! ♥ "

"Exceptional stay
My family and I highly enjoyed our stay at Ali’i Cove. The property grounds and condo itself were well kept and tastefully designed. I was pleasantly surprised with how well appointed the condo was with everything one could need for a month long stay - extra towels, linens, kitchenware, beach toys, etc. The condo was clean and organized and I would gladly return again if I find myself in Kona. Thank you!

"Absolutely Perfect!! Amazing location and even better House
We had the most amazing stay here. The location is unbeatable and easy walk into Kona, and right across from the beach. The house itself was so homey and well decorated and so clean. So much natural light inside and the the outside space was so welcoming. The beds were all so comfortable. You can see the ocean while laying in bed from the master bedroom. That was one of the highlights of the place for me. Overall incredible home and amazing place to explore the island from. Have absolutely nothing bad to say at all! Will be returning ASAP"
