CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

" Apr 12, 2025 - Bonnie B., Bonney Lake, WA "Su Casa e Me Casa My wife and I just spent 10 days in Kona for the first time and found Casa De Emdeko through the Knutson website, which was referred to us by a friend. Casa De Emdeko is about 2 km from town and an easy walk during daylight hours. We also found out that their island transit (public bus) system is free to take. Uber is also an option. Casa De Emdeko is a condo complex right on the ocean with two pools and beautifully kept grounds. On our first morning, before getting groceries, we explored the grounds and discovered there is free coffee at the main Tiki Hut by the water from 7-10 am everyday - what a life saver. The property is gated and very secure, with a large laundry room on site. This property also has its own beach area which is rare on this beautiful volcanic island! We stayed in unit #230 which was clean and well maintained with upgrades to the master ensuite bathroom and a new half bathroom. The Lanai overlooks a tropical pool in the centre of the complex with also a view of the ocean. It felt just like home and we loved our stay there. We are from Canada and are planning on returning, but it may have to wait until after Trump leaves office! Finally, Knutson was great - they were very responsive to our texts, and usually responded within minutes, even on the weekend! We would absolutely use Knutson to book again. Thanks for making our holiday comfortable, safe, and memorable. I wish it would have had some things like a washer and dryer, even though it was provided for cost, it would have been nice. And the fix for the shower drainage, it just needs a grate drain put by the opening and it wouldn’t hold water so badly in that area. Also, one other thing would be some beach chairs to take to local beaches. But overall we loved the place!!"
