The living room opens to a charming Juliet lanai overlooking lush tropical landscaping, while the spacious primary suite features its own private lanai large enough for outdoor seating and peaceful morning coffee surrounded by beautiful garden views and swaying palms. The setting feels surprisingly private and tranquil while still being moments from all the action of downtown Kona.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range: a rare and excellent feature for guests who truly enjoy cooking at home. The living room includes a large wall AC unit to help cool the main living space, along with fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows accommodations for up to 6 guests comfortably. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and the primary bathroom also includes a bathtub for soaking and unwinding after long beach days.
Additional conveniences include a full-sized washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.
Location is one of the biggest highlights of Kona Mansions. Centrally positioned with easy access via Walua Road and Kuakini Highway, you can avoid much of the daily Ali‘i Drive traffic while still being incredibly close to town, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It’s the perfect “basecamp” for guests looking to explore the entire Kona Coast during the day and still enjoy evenings within walking distance of town.

Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great stay in Kona
We have stayed in this complex before but this was our first time in this unit. We loved the lanai and the privacy of being adjacent to green space. Definitely be aware that the only AC is in the living space. There is an amazing banyan tree right outside and to have airflow in the bedroom for sleeping we needed to leave things open which meant we were up with the birds early each morning. Bring your earplugs. "

We spent the holidays in Hawaii and we were very lucky to rent this property during our stay in Kona. The location is amazing with lots of things on walking distance. The unit was in very good conditions, equipped and clean and it was very easy to communicate with the management company."

"Disappointed
The location was great, the home was great also, but their was a few thing that were disappointing, the property hadr some issue upon check in, which I had a hard time checking in, I had to call the property management for check in instructions, when finally checked in I notified the property host in regurads to the damage that were already their, I am being charged for an iron board holder that came off the wall along with some dry wall due to the weight of the ironing board, mind you I did not use the iron board my whole visit it was located next to washer and dryer , the shade from out side of the patio fell down ( came off the hooks) during the night when it was raining, again I am being charged for that also,when trying to explain the situation with them after being charge over $300 for damage, they had the nerve to say I don’t want to pay and I am a bad guest, that was really shocking to me and disappointing I also rented another unit through this company for the same amount of days and dates, and I must say I had no issues at all with other unit nor it host the other unit was perfect no complaints."

Because of airline issues we got in later than anticipated. Had a little trouble finding exact parking area because the streets seem pretty dark. Other than that the condo was perfect.
