This development has one of the most beautiful swimming pools in all of Kona, and it even features a shallow keiki area. Two gates provide convenient driving access to Alii Drive or Kuakini Highway. Other amenities of Alii Cove include a Hot Tub, A Workout Facility, BBQ Grills.

Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Comfortable stay, convenient location, and a lovely pool
We had a great stay. Pros: comfortable beds, great airflow, well shaded lanai (until about 2pm). The pool/hot tub are nice and a close walk, but not so close we could hear if kids were having a good time in it. Short walk to Ali'i shops & restaurants. Cons: the kitchen was fine, but not great for lots of cooking. The walk to the pool & grills is down a hill, so that could be uncomfortable if you have mobility issues (or are carrying lots of food)."

"Great condo, central location
Central location on Ali'i Drive - close to restaurants, shops, beaches, markets etc. Great pool and facilities. Met some lovely people too. Knutson & Associates were very helpful and responded to enquiries promptly. The fruit basket and flowers were a welcome surprise! The condo was well stocked and comfortably laid out. The bedrooms both had memory foam mattresses and the sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable! Lots of pillows to choose from too. We had a late flight and were able to arrange a late checkout - huge stress reliever. Definitely recommend and would happily stay again."

"Great location
Spent 2 months in this well equipped condo and we will definitely be back. The condo is located close enough to downtown restaurants and activities. Very walkable to plenty of locations. Close to beach and gorgeous sunset views. The property manager was exceptionally good and responded very quickly to any concerns we had even during non business hours. "

"Everything one could ask for
We very much enjoyed our 6-week stay at Alii Cove. You couldn't ask for a better location if you want to be within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops, market, and on the free Kona Shuttle route for those places a little further out. The property had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of towels, and beach stuff. We used the small charcoal bbq a couple times, as we didn't find the gas bbq down the hill by the pool to be as convenient if you want to eat in the condo. Dealing with Knutson & Associates was a great experience. They were always professional and very responsive. They addressed any minor issues on arrival very quickly (battery replacement for living room fan remote, replaced kitchen faucet, purchased a standing fan for bedroom). They also provided their office location for Amazon deliveries, which was great for us. I would definitely love to stay here again if available for our next trip. Highly recommend."

"The Cove
The condo was perfect. It was as described, easy access, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need. There are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler. The location is excellent, an easy walk into town and a great home base. The pool at the complex was lovely. We recommend this property. Knutson & Associates are a great host."

"Kona Vacation
The condo was perfect! A great location in the town of Kona, across the street from the ocean. The condo was clean and well stocked for a long stay. Very comfortable living spaces. The complex’s pool was delightful and I enjoyed water aerobics every morning with residents of the complex. I had several conversations with Blake at Knudson’s. He was very helpful and accommodating. "
