Several of Oahu's best surf spots (Tonggs, Old Man’s and Ricebowl) are all right in front of you — a true surfer's paradise! Although there is no pool, you're just a short walk away to beautiful Kaimana Beach, and world-famous Waikiki Beach further down the road.

You're just steps away from Kapiolani Park (the largest and oldest public park in Hawaii) and a leisurely 20-minute beachside stroll down Kalakaua Avenue to Waikiki's finest restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Although there is no A/C in this condo, the trade winds are generous and cooling, and floor fans are provided as well!
CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available, see below.

"Great Location, Needs Some Work
I know the Seabreeze well, having stayed in Unit 7 and Unit 10 on previous vacations. It is a wonderful building, built in the 1960s, located directly on the ocean with unparalleled views. Unit 7 received a total remodel shortly before we rented it and Unit 10 had not been remodeled, but everything worked. Unit 6, however, is in great need of a remodel and lots of things didn’t work. The first problem occurred shortly after we arrived, when the elevator periodically stopped working on January 5-8, then again on January 11th, then again on January 19-20. It needs a new elevator. At first glance, all the windows were dirty, several windows on the west side of the unit could not be opened, which defeats the natural flow of air through the unit (there is no air conditioning unit). The carpets needed cleaning. There are no cushions on the chairs on the deck (we borrowed some from the living room). The living room is very poorly lit, desperately needing some floor lamps. In the kitchen, some of the old plywood drawers were very difficult to open. In the master bedroom, one of the two lamps is in need of repair or replacement and the television could only be turned on and tuned with the manual button under the set. In the bathroom, the toilet paper fixture is misplaced. In the guest bedroom, there are no TV remote control units and we were without a functioning sink for a week and a half. On a windy night, the window screen over the bed blew in, landing on the pillow of the bed. Fortunately, the one occupant of the guest room was sleeping in the other bed. Had anyone been sleeping in that bed, they could have been severely injured. For the price we were paying, we expected better. "

"Dream Location
Whoever owns this property, thank you for making it available!!! The location is absolutely perfect, directly on the water, easy walk to restaurants and activities, but crazy peaceful. Surfing and snorkeling right outside your door, and a two block walk to San Souci beach (and the best beach bar in the city). The unit is "vintage" and has no A/C but the breezes kept us comfortable, and we loved sleeping to the sound of waves. A week in we put Seabreeze on hold for next year, yes, we liked it that much!"

Perfect view and great location, quiet but accessible to the Waikiki Beach. Car is recommended. Works for two couples or a family. Good access to the sand beach. Byron was most helpful as a property manager. "

"Awesome views on the water!
The unit is clean and spacious with newer furniture. The bed is comfortable but everything else seems to have been chosen for looks over comfort. Management came through and got a comfy recliner, so kudos to them! Some issues with screens falling down in the wind, water coming in when it rains and light from the city (blackout curtains blow. Slept with an eye mask and sometimes earplugs when the ocean was noisy but having all that space and a beach downstairs was absolutely worth it!"
