PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Visitor Reviews (7) Write a Review! "Stay at Royal Kuhio My husband and I stayed with my elderly parents for a month. Pros: 1. Great location: close to shopping and restaurants, and Waikiki Beach is only 5 minutes away on foot. 2. Living room is spacious and the dining table is a good size. 3. From the lanai, you can see Hilton's Friday fireworks. 4. Good stock of appliances, dishes, glasses, etc. 5. Leading to the stay, Captain Cook's staff members were so helpful. 6. Common area is kept very clean by the building's staff. Cons: 1. Although the location is great, about a couple of blocks away, there is a nightclub, and they start blasting music around 8am until 10pm. 2. Building had so many major maintenances while our stay. - one day, we had alarm testing (every 5 minutes, loud beeping followed by loud announcements) - one day, it was water shutoff from 9am to 2pm (could not even use toilets) followed by a cold shower for about 24 hours. - one day, it was an electricity shutoff from 8:30am to 2:30pm, again followed by a cold shower for about 24 hours. It would have been nice to know these things beforehand as I believe water/electricity/hot showers/usage of a toilet are basic needs and we sure hope paying for the unit means that these things come with it w/o us confirming about it. 3. Upon check-in, the floor was so filthy (our feet were black). We assumed the unit was a no-shoes unit due to Hawaii, but maybe it wasn't. The cleaning of this unit can be improved. It usually calms down by 10pm though. Condo is nice and renovated. Some issues are water pressure is low, cooking utensils (especially pants and pots) are very basic, absolutely no salt, pepper, anything in the unit.
