PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. It is a nice distance for Uber rides to various sites. We enjoyed the property amenities such as the two pools, shops and restaurants. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing as well as the lobby. Great view of the marina, beach and lagoon from the courtyard. The condo was well equipped and clean. However, it could use some TLC in refreshing. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced preferably with hard floors throughout. Some of the baseboard and door woodwork needs to be replaced as well as the closet doors need adjusting for easy access in and out of the closet. Responsive host, clean instructions, and a great location central to everything. The only things we noticed: one of the closet sliding doors did not work and looked to be completely off the tracks, bathroom wall over sink had splatters on it that looked to have just not been cleaned up between renters, noticeable paint peeling chipping and wall damage in the bathroom and baseboard were very dirty, and the carpet was bunched up in several places. Overall, nothing we couldn’t work with during our time there and worth it for convenience just suggestions for the future. Our family of 4 loved our stay. The closet had an awesome stash of beach supplies. The bed was comfy, our kids liked the pullout sofa. I enjoyed morning coffee on the deck & watched the morning commuters go by. An added bonus was being able to rent a car using the HUI app (two options were located WITHIN the building). Unfortunately, the laundry room was being updated so we couldn't make use of that perk. The hotel was quiet, the ice cream shop downstairs was yummy, & being right next door to the Hilton gave us access to the Hilton lagoon & super easy access to walk to the Ala Moana beach. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Uber pick ups were simple. Our flight landed after 8pm, but the property manager had no issues with getting us our keycode to enter the building / room. I would definitely recommend this to someone traveling to the area - especially because not having to pack or buy beach toys, chairs, snorkle supplies was AWESOME. Next time I will pay more attention to the square footage in the details when I book the next one. We were all shocked as to how small the room was for 3 Older adults. Photos on the website are very deceiving, makes the room appear 3 times the size it actually is. After a few days, we adjusted. The condo owner did not show up at our unit to greet us we waited 2.5 hours and no show. You say to call the management and owner upon arrival in Hawaii to give him time to meet with us but that didn’t happen. We finally put our pjs on and went to bed. We could not call him because the unit phone did not work. We finally reached him 3 days later and phone got fixed. The carpet is very old something from the sixties, gold shaggy rug and it has had its years and why have carpet in a hot place when it’s heat most of the time. Tile would be highly advised. The location was like living in downtown Toronto, even worse. Tons of LOUD traffic and very very noisy. Had to close our patio doors by 10 at night. Constant ambulances, fire trucks and cops passing in front of the condo. Couldn’t even enjoy a cup of coffee in peace in the mornings. Sorry but the location was not for us. Oh pillows were very flat, time for a change. Other than that, we did enjoy Waikiki lots of beautiful flowers and trees. Weather was awesome.
