PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. On the last day, since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could park there until we left. We were told we could park without an additional fee until 6 PM. The parking rule is that upon entering, you must take a ticket. When you leave, you should show the parking permit along with the ticket to avoid being charged. On our checkout day (Aug 12), since we were checking out, we needed to leave the parking permit in the apartment. To confirm this was OK, we visited the gate and told the person on duty that we had permission to park until 6 PM. We showed them the text message we received from the property manager. The person at the gate shouted at us, saying that they are responsible for parking, and the property manager has no authority over this matter. What is very shocking is that we were told this in a very condescending manner. In addition, that same person told us that whenever we leave the parking space, even on checkout days, if we do not show the parking permit, we will be charged. I'm not sure if that is how things work there or if this person had some issues with us. When we told this to the property manager, he said, "Show the permit, drive out, park the car on the street, and go back to the apartment and slide the parking permit under the door of the apartment". Is this a standard procedure? In addition when we asked if they could call the person sitting at the gate and let them know that they have allowed us to park until 6 PM, I received another text message telling me that if I paid $69 + tax (i.e. for 7 hours of parking), I could just press the "hello" button at the gate, and then they would open the gate for us and we did not have to deal with the person at the gate. It is an interesting change of mind. This issue on the last day of our stay was an unexpected and unpleasant experience.
