PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available, see below.

Great rental for the price. Not super upscale but checks all the boxes. A view of the ocean (and other buildings). If you lean out you can see Diamond Head too. Parking for free was awesome. Perfect fit for my small family of 3. Would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Last day issue
Generally, we were happy with our stay, except on the last day. On the last day, since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could park there until we left. We were told we could park without an additional fee until 6 PM. The parking rule is that upon entering, you must take a ticket. When you leave, you should show the parking permit along with the ticket to avoid being charged. On our checkout day (Aug 12), since we were checking out, we needed to leave the parking permit in the apartment. To confirm this was OK, we visited the gate and told the person on duty that we had permission to park until 6 PM. We showed them the text message we received from the property manager. The person at the gate shouted at us, saying that they are responsible for parking, and the property manager has no authority over this matter. What is very shocking is that we were told this in a very condescending manner. In addition, that same person told us that whenever we leave the parking space, even on checkout days, if we do not show the parking permit, we will be charged. I'm not sure if that is how things work there or if this person had some issues with us. When we told this to the property manager, he said, "Show the permit, drive out, park the car on the street, and go back to the apartment and slide the parking permit under the door of the apartment". Is this a standard procedure? In addition when we asked if they could call the person sitting at the gate and let them know that they have allowed us to park until 6 PM, I received another text message telling me that if I paid $69 + tax (i.e. for 7 hours of parking), I could just press the "hello" button at the gate, and then they would open the gate for us and we did not have to deal with the person at the gate. It is an interesting change of mind. This issue on the last day of our stay was an unexpected and unpleasant experience. The person at the gate was highly unpleasant and unprofessional, to put it mildl"

"A great time
We recently stayed at Waikiki Sunset 2512 and the overall experience was very satisfying. The view was amazing looking over beautiful Waikiki Beach. The room was a perfect size for my wife and I and she loved having a work desk to handle her work affairs. It also has a nice table top along with ample amount of chairs to sit in. It was very clean and comfortable overall, I highly suggest a stay here when you visit Waikiki. "

The room was clean. My complaint is about the hotel itself. The hallway rugs were filthy and walls were in desperate need of paint. I would be embarrassed to bring anyone there. "Great location!
A short walk to Waikiki Beach. Easy to watch the Pearl Harbor Memorial parade and the Honolulu Marathon. While the condo was a bit worn, we got good use from the kitchen and enjoyed the balcony. "

"Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our week long stay at this location. No long waits for the elevators. Parking was very convenient & friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. The beach is just a 5 minute walk and having chairs and boogie board provided was nice. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped! The views from the bedroom and balcony were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. "

The view is to die for!! Older building and dated unit but great location and totally enjoyed our stay. Needs new plumbing fixtures bad. Couldn't distinguish between hot and cold or turn off completely sometimes. Cheap fix for owners and would really be smart. Bed very comfortable and worked well as a king. Management very quick and great to work with. Pool small and cold for us Older people. Kids would be fine. Gym small but nice and newer equipment. Parking worked well even with the construction. Central air worked well but needs to be adjusted so more comes out in living area and less in bedroom. Must close blinds in afternoon or doesn't keep up with sun coming in. But open up for sunset and drinks and great for breakfast on the balcony. Will definitely stay again in the future. "

"Stay here when you come to Waikiki. View terrific.
The location of this rental is perfect. Close to buses and the beach, yet set back from noisy streets. The property was clean and fully equipped. If you plan to cook, I suggest you bring your own knife, as supplied knives are usually dull. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Basalt was our favorite, especially for breakfast. Our manager, Byron, responded to every request. I would recommend this property to friends. "

Great experience! Our host Byron was amazingly quick to respond to any and all requests. There was some construction noise that we were compensated for with a discount. The gym had to be booked (due to covid) but it was usually available when we wanted it. Well stocked, comfortable condo. Close to beaches, pn a handy bus line! Highly recommended! "
