PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "A fully outfitted condo in a good location with a partial ocean v This property is in an excellent location and convenient for all of Waikiki and is quite close to bus service if you don't have a car. The location is quiet and you almost never have to wait for an elevator. It is one of the few properties that have a dishwasher and a washer and dryer included. It is also a generous size for Waikiki. The service from Captain Cook was very swift. The only downside is that this property is starting to show its age." Bedroom floor very dirty. Bathroom door could not be closed account previous renters must of flooded floor and it sucked up into door and door now needs to be replaced. Kitchen stove fan does not work. Kitchen window will not close. Other than that it was a good holiday and the location is perfect. Property manager came and saw the problems. Also great to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. There was 3 of use so the lay out with the bathroom seperate to the main bedroom was also a plus. The main entrance to the units was a bit dated and the pool area was bare and a bland so we did not use it much. It was the end of the summer season so the unit as a whole (especially the bathroom) could have done with a good scrub! Over all we had a great stay. On the positive side the apartment was clean and well located just off Kuhio. The main bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. On the not so positive side the apartment is looking a little more drab than the photos (laminate floors and furniture looking old), we had a few issues in the apartment with the WIFI and one of the TVs not working as well as electricity points in the bathroom not working and were not able to reach our consultant for support. Eventually I contacted Captain Cook Resorts via email (there was no telephone option for current guests other than our consultant who we couldn’t reach). Once we were in contact they immediately addressed all the issues they could. We also had a day where building maintenance was carried out and the water was shut off. Signage in the elevator stated from 9-10.30am. This was then extended to the full day which was very inconvenient but not really in control of Captain Cook Resorts. The main living area is full of light which is nice but makes it hard to watch the tv and the kids could not sleep once the sun rose as they were sleeping on the fold away beds. This could easily be fixed with some heavier drapes to block the light when required (the main bedroom had these). Otherwise we had a reasonable stay. Aircon in lounge and bedroom worked well . Close to all of the shops ,bars,restaurants,beach and transport . Only issue we had was the Internet ,kept dropping out . Bryon obtained an extension cord for our medical device and also left a international adaptor as being from Australia our appliances needed converting. After explaining the workings of the condo we had a wander to check surroundings......grocery store on the corner and five minute walk to be sitting beachside touching sand for cocktails and lunch at the Outrigger and soak up the sun and atmosphere. The condo was perfect location to see the surf through the highrise and be casual walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We did get a bus to the Ala Moana mall but we left empty handed and went to the International market mall which had the same shops and prices but not so tacky. And was five minutes stroll with shopping home! The condo was hard to leave as the king bed is fabulous the space and outlook relaxing and it felt like our home...plenty of space to unpack relax and have the kitchen laundry to relax and enjoy" May 16, 2018 - , Sydney, Mnw "Condo As Advertised Spent 11 nights in this bright and airy unit. Made several breakfasts utilizing their well stocked kitchen. A/C, when needed, was very efficient and quiet. An earlier reviewer commented about constantly having to remove water, but it appears maintenance has corrected that problem by installing a direct line to eliminate any water (moisture). Unfortunately, the building had one of two elevators out during our entire stay. At peak times, an elevator can get full and have to wait for another round trip and had to plan accordingly."
