PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. The property was well-appointed for a couple or small family Beach vacation, including on-site beach umbrella and chairs available for a Beach Retreat. Also the location was in the heart of Waikiki amongst the higher price properties offering the same values and amenities but a fraction of the cost. Parking is extremely close and convenient, relative to some viewer's opinion. The host made the check-in process effortless. My family enjoyed stay and would highly recommend the location." The unit had a decent amout of dust on the walls in the bedroom and we were only provided 4 towels and 2 wash clothes and hand towels for a 10 day stay for 4 people. The "manager" was unresponsive once we checked in and so i reached out directly to the Customer Service rep from the confirmation email and was able to get a few more towels. Laundry is nice and close but $6 for each load which I had to do everyday as showers were required each day." Extra bonus with the shaved ice stand just downstairs. Dislikes (out of host control): Waikiki traffic was a nightmare; the area was more crowded and had more homelessness than expected, extending to Honolulu and the beaches. Parking was challenging, with only outdoor spots if the garage was full, which wasn't ideal for the price paid. We understood that we would be staying in the city, however, all windows were old glass slats and there were no drapes to cut out the light and noise. Sleep was often interrupted with next door parking alarms, garbage trucks at 6:30 in the morning, ambulances late at night, honking, and early morning deliveries to the stores below. Light/Noise canceling drapes would have been helpful to limit this. Dislikes (within host control): We would have preferred the cable maintenance not to occur during our stay, disrupting our plans. Clear instructions on where to stop on the busy one-way street upon arrival would have been helpful, considering the limited space. The overall size of the condo was much smaller than anticipated, especially the shower. A better description would have been helpful. Overall, we discovered that venturing to the east and north sides of the island provided a welcome escape from our lodging.
