This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Visitor Reviews (59) Write a Review! "Perfect for everything Wow, this place is about as close to a true 5/5 experience as you can get. I stayed here for a week while attending a conference. It's a 12 minute walk to the conference center; a 20 minute walk from Waikiki; a 20 minute walk from Ala Moana mall--in short, this place is the definition of a "walkable" location in Honolulu. But there's more! You want to rent a car? The cheapest car rental place on the island (Island Car Rental) is based in this very building! You want to go diving? Aloha Scuba Diving moors it's boat directly across the street. Want to stay inside with friends? The hosts provide a copy of Exploding Kittens, which is always a hit. The room has an incredible view of Honolulu. And to top it all off, the toilet also has a bidet--perfect. This place almost instantly felt like home. I only had two cons for this place: Con 1) The ice machine in the freezer would not stop producing ice, even while it was overflowing resulting in ice constantly falling out of the freezer when you opened it. Yes, we tried raising the lever to stop it. No, that didn't work. Con 2) The water in the shower does not stay at a consistent temperature. It oscillates around wherever you put it, meaning that you will always be going from a little too hot to a little too cool in perpetual cycle while showering. I realize this is probably not under the owner's control, but it's worth mentioning. But don't let those cons deter you. The fact that those were the only downsides should highlight just how incredible of a place this was. If I travel back to Honolulu, I would try to get this specific place again!" From the 15th floor you have a nice view of the north side of Honolulu (mostly buildings). After many, many Waikiki visits,for my wife and I....this was "perfect" !! We were just outside of the "very" busy areas and close to Ala Moana park with its quiet, relaxing beaches. The only "surprise" was that the building itself has no main entrance locked doors. A security guard during the day and lots of security front door security system. With that in mind...I would still stay at the Ilikai Marina 's just something to be mindful of. AND...Paul is an amazing representative for Captain Cook !!! Seriously...he answers his phone...fixes "EVERY" issue or concern.... and "no" ...I'm not his brother in law. His customer service really does make booking next years trip an easier choice !!! The carpet of the unit was very dirty need to change. Bed cover looks old and tired. Need replacement. the bed sheets need replacement. The entrance door needs paint and the luck of the door not strong, need adjustment. The unit need more light. In the evening it was difficult to read. " Feb 25, 2015 - , Levis, Quebec "Clean, modern, great location My husband and I stayed at the Ilikai Marina for 10 days for our 1 year anniversary and overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean, and well kept. It is in walking distance to beaches, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and Waikiki. The room had everthing we needed including extra blankets, kitchenware and laundry detergent. The building is very secure and the security guards were always very alert, which was assuring. I also downloaded captain cook real estate's app before my arrival and found it to be very useful. Some of the cons were that it was a bit noisy on fridays and saturdays nights since there is a club at the adjacent hotel. Also, we had to wait for an hour to be checked in even though I called the office upon my arrival at the airport as instructed, but the staff were very apologetic and friendly. The location is fine if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Management company was rude-when he arrived at the unit he was on the phone and remained on the phone for 10 minutes before greeting us. The room itself is a studio with full size appliances for cooking-decently stocked with utensils, etc. Parking is a pain and costly even when you pre-purchase. The balcony is tiny and there is a gap that a small child could squeeze through. The mattress was hard as a rock. The late night street noise was ridiculous even 15 floors up. The shower fluctuated between hot and cold with no consistency. There is no couch and no desk. No amenities in the building at all (i.e. no pool access, etc). Would not recommend it to anyone who wants the real Hawaii experience. After all, most of what you experience in Waikiki can be experienced in most major cities (minus the beach). The company sent out messages giving pointers on what you should have available to you when the hurricane hit. I was to check out that morning and they called to see if I was going to need to stay longer as the morning flights out of Honolulu were cancelled. They were very accommodating and told me just to call if I was unable to fly out that afternoon. The room was great for my use. I was thre almost 2 weeks, the first half on business the second pleasure. The room is in a great location for all of the tourist attractions of Wakiki ( walking distance) and within 5 miles of the State and Federal building locations in Honolulu. May 10, 2014 - , Tucson, AZ "Everything was great except for wet carpet Everything about this property's appearance was more than what we can ask for. Modern decor, very usable kitchen with everything that we needed. There was a recurring problem with a wet carpet near the bed that wasn't able to get fixed during our stay however. It was connected to the usage of the A/C, and the property management wasn't able to fix it. We were given a huge fan to try and remedy the damp carpet, but it ended up being there for the entire stay. The wet carpet also left a musty smell in the room. The bed frame was a bit squeaky too, and the mattress probably needs to be switched soon. However, despite that, our stay in the room was pleasant, and we would definitely rent from Captain Cook in the future. If you are considering this property, do check-in with the wet carpet problem.
