This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. This time around we also reserved the newly renovated bbq area for a small get together to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was a great experience! As far as the unit, I felt that there were some updates that needed to be made. The AC system was functional but I found that my whole entire family suffered from allergies when using it. Not quite sure if it was just dust in the unit or from the AC system but our allergies seemed to be better whenever we turned the system off. There was a whining/whistling noise that was coming from the guest bathroom which we would hear every 5-10 minutes. It made my autistic son very uncomfortable and he would be nervous to use that specific bathroom because of the sound. I’m pretty sure it was coming from the shower pipes? There was a cabinet in the kitchen which was a little tricky to close since the magnet part that held the door closed was loose so we always had to wiggle it into position just to close it or else it would continue swinging open. And the refrigerator door didn’t seem to close properly unless it was pressed firmly down. Other than those hiccups, the overall stay was super fun for our family and I hope that when we return again to rent the unit that we will have a better one in the future, especially for the price point that we paid. The condo is right next to the McDonald’s and conveniently near all the shops and stores. Really cannot beat the location especially when there’s a calm and pristine beach right across the street. Honestly easier than staying at some resorts which will require you to walk all the way through resort property before arriving to beach (even for some ocean front properties). The free valet parking made it so convenient when we did have to drive (rarely). The condo layout is great for families and the AC was quite strong. We had to leave it off some nights. Valet staff is courteous and speedy, and our host/cohosting staff is friendly and very helpful as well. Lastly, the patio with ocean views made our trip very memorable. One of our favorite parts of the trip included cooking meals and eating together as a family on this beautiful patio. Thank you Captain Cook for making our trip a wonderful experience! The property manager Byron Wickard did a good job with taking care of the maintenance problems of this very neglected unit. The list of problems is unfortunately quite long and a we’re very troublesome. There was black mold on the hall bathroom wallpaper, the television gave a lot of problems because of it’s age, the refrigerator door was loose, the two patio door were almost impossible to slide and stuck at time and had no workable locks, the bathroom faucet was leaking, and the sink stopper was stuck in a locked position making it very difficult to release the water. Overall the furniture is quite shabby and marked and needs changing. The cleaning crew did a good job preparing the condo and beds. The owners needs to get this unit up to the level of the cost of renting it. I was disappointed with the condition of the unit and embarrassed for my guests. I would not rent in this building again without a physical check of the new rental. It's at the far end of Waikiki, away from the main shopping areas and restaurants and bars. It's quite dated. The main bedroom bed had a piece of sponge under eh bed to try to improve its comfort. It failed miserably. The bed is ancient and should be replaced. The apartment block lacks hotel facilities. The view is reasonably good apart from a shorter hotel in front of the Beach Tower. This hotel disrupts a perfect view. The owner is trying to sell the unit and we were asked to vacate for a day. There was no recompense for the inconvenience. We had friends on holiday with us who stayed at the other end of Waikiki. They paid half the cost of this for a 1-bed room. In hindsight, two interconnecting rooms would have served us better. This unit is just too dated. The communication from Captain Cook was poor. They advised we needed to store luggage off-site before our room was available. This came at a cost. They NEED black out curtains of some kind. The kitchen worked well, a few appliances have seen better days. A few lighting hiccups here and there. The main door in and out of the room is HEAVY. Like, if you are older you might have trouble operating it. The sliding glass door gets hung up in one spot and is pretty difficult to move. Same thing, I could see people struggling here. Yes, the view, while good, was a bit marred by the circle hotel. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped and I really appreciated the new, still wrapped sponge! Check in and out was smooth. I look forward to visiting again." Two hotel rooms were quite expensive and if you wanted a view it costed even more. This apartment was fantastic. Right on the beach, uninterupted views and all the convenience of a home. It even came with beach towels, beach umbrella, washing machines etc. Very spacious and was right in the heart of Waikiki. Best value. Would definitely recommend it." We were gressted promptly and politely upon arrival. We had five adults in the unit and never felt croweded. The huge lanai and outdoor dining room table were the favorite seats in the house, I have to say, with the ample room and spectacular view outside, we never turned the TV on once!! Right from the first enquiry, our booking was handled in a friendly, professional manner. We travelled as a family with our 2 teenage sons. We wanted to be central, and we all needed our own space. Paul was waiting at the Apartment when we arrived, and took us up. WOW...the first thing you notice when you walk in is the fantastic view. This apartment is on the corner, so you have both ocean front and city views..both views are impressive..nothing beats the ocean front, however the city view at night was gorgeous. Pity about the Circle Hotel in front, but we tended to look past it... The Apartment is spacious, and the furnishing is to a high quality. It was very clean, and had all the amenities. We were very happy. The boys could go to the beach, and we could watch them from the 19th floor..We were able to walk everywhere...even to Ala Moana. It was always lovely to come "home" at the end of the day, and sit on the balcony, champagne in hand, and watch the glorious sunsets. I think I have 100 photos of the sunsets..! We had the best holiday, and cant wait to come back We would certainly book here again, and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family.
