CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Fairway Villa is undergoing a building-wide lanai railing replacement and concrete repair project beginning November 9, 2026. Work affecting this unit is currently scheduled for October 8, 2027–January 31, 2028, during which time the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Construction may cause significant noise, dust, and vibrations, including drilling, grinding, and concrete chipping. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (noisy work typically 8:30 AM–4:00 PM), excluding holidays. Workers may be visible outside unit windows, and guests may experience construction noise even outside the dates scheduled for this unit. All dates are subject to change. PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Windows on 2 sides, ocean (distant) and canal views, updated full kitchen. We had enough dishes and utensils to enjoy cooking there. The queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and we loved that the unit had motorized blinds on the patio that blocked out all sunlight on that side. My only suggestion would be to provide a light-blocking shade on the kitchen window, as my son slept on the comfy pull out and the living area was quite bright early in the morning. Customer service was amazing. We were met on arrival (at 10:30pm on a Friday night), shown to our parking space and unit, given a tour and told to call with any concerns. We discovered the next morning that the air conditioning unit in the main living area wasn't working. I called to report this, and 3 days later it was replaced with a brand new unit. It would have been replaced sooner if it wasn't Easter weekend. Our flight home was canceled, and we were very pleased to be able to stay in our unit for one more night. Management went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. I would 100% recommend booking with Captain Cook, and staying in unit 2202." So, we had to shuffle to another apartment in the same building which was a hassle for a night/day. Then, the biggest disappointment was that the pool was shut down for maintenance. This was a huge let-down for us as we love to spend hours just hanging at the pool. So, on day #6, I thought I'd call the mngr and ask if perhaps they had another rental in the city with a pool that we could walk to and use. They did let us use the Waikiki Banyon.
