PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Great Location with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay at this property, which is accurately described regarding its location, layout, and amenities. The location is fantastic, and the building is surprisingly quiet for Waikīkī, offering a nice escape from the bustling area. The security staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The pool is great for a quick dip, and the weight room, with its vintage equipment, adds unique charm.
However, we noticed some cleanliness issues that could be improved. Arriving at night, we didn’t see these details right away, but over a few days, we noticed some dust and dirty floors. There was also an old ice cream box left on a high shelf in the kitchen that we didn’t open. We were busy during our stay and chose not to report these concerns, but I’m sure the team would have addressed them promptly if we had.
On the positive side, the property manager provided excellent customer service. They were responsive and gave us a thorough tour, always available if we needed assistance. Their genuine concern for our comfort was appreciated.
While I wouldn’t recommend the property as it stands, it has great potential. The bathroom is a bit cramped, and the shower might not be ideal for taller guests. The refrigerator worked well, but it made a loud knocking sound at times. The stove is older, which made cooking a bit slower, and some frying pans were in need of replacement.
We did appreciate the property’s proximity to Ala Moana and the beaches, making it very convenient for visiting family. Overall, with some updates and attention to cleanliness, this property could become an even better choice for future guests."

Enjoyed our rental unit very much. As always everything was perfect. This was our 4th stay at this property, always satisfactory. Wendy and Paul have been a pleasure to work with. Liked the Apartment very much. Unfortunately not available next year. The Chateau Waikiki was very convenient for us. Great location, close to beach and shopping."

"A condo with too many problems
The condo is nice but needs some maintenance: the window shades keep falling down and the washing-machine smells. The whole builing is under renovation, which means it's noisy. The A/C didn't work for a week so it was even difficult to sleep in there. Twice the elevators broke down and we couldn't get back upstairs. The garage gate sometimes needs manual help. Too bad ... the area is pleasant and quieter than the center of Waikiki."

"Great Stay in Paradise!
We had a great stay at the Chateau Waikiki. This unit is on the 29th floor with a great view of both the ocean and mountains. The sunset every day is beautiful and provides great natural lighting. The place was very clean, and the bed is comfortable. One thing to note is that some of the kitchen appliances/pots/pans were quite old. Paul, the property manager was quick to respond to all our questions and was very accommodating. The Captain Cook representatives were also very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Chateau Waikiki
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Waikiki. The view of the sunset from the lanai was one of the best spots to take in the beautiful sights. It was great to have a full kitchen and laundry available, as well as parking. Paul was great in assisting with check in and any questions we had, his hospitality was much appreciated during our stay. "
