This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. All three beds were in good shape as were the appliances and cookware. The balcony can be a little tight with all 4 of us coming and going, but the view is great. The best aspect of the condo were the building staff who were so helpful and friendly. They made us feel like residents versus tourists. The location is good to walk, shop, and eat in the southern half of Waikiki. My only complaint is the beach or lack of one in front of the condo. There is just a very narrow strip of sand like 30 feet wide and it was very crowded. This is more of a complaint of Waikiki Beach than the condo. We ended up driving to the north and east sides of Oahu to go to nicer and less crowded beaches. However, if you want to surf, Waikiki Beach is great. I would recommend the condo to others. The view is amazing - you can watch all the boats and surfers in Waikiki. Waikiki is a city-like location with people from all over the world. There is a "cityscape" soundtrack, which I enjoyed. You don't need a car as everything is very walkable if you enjoy walking. You can use trips and guides to go to the North Shore, the sandbar and other tourists spots, which is really easy because you don't have to drive and park. The free valet parking is great if you have a car. We only used a car twice. Rented from Avis at the International Market Place which was easy for pick up and drop off. We only really used the car to go to Lanikai Beach and do a larger grocery shop at Whole Foods. I also liked shopping at the Food Pantry, more toward the north end of Waikiki. You can also rent beach chairs and an umbrella from the Sheraton, which is fun. You can keep your towels and floats there and come and go as you want from 8-4. The beach at Waikiki is so warm and gentle you can just float in the bay and look at Diamond Head. It's crowded but fun if you like people watching." We found the building to located in an ideal segment of Waikiki, close (but not too close) to shopping, restaurants, etc. The condo itself is designed well for two couples with both bedrooms having private access to bathrooms. The view was as great as advertised. Unfortunately, it is not being cared for as well as one might expect for a "luxury" condo. Admittedly I am a bit picky but I think all the kitchen appliances should work - the garbage disposal and icemaker did not. I also believe in sinks that drain - one of the sinks in the master bath did not. The AC vents, which are not adjustable, have an annoying rattle and the one in Bedroom 2 is moldy. The dresser drawers do not work well which is probably indicative of cheep furniture. (I know it's a rental but even us lowly renters expect drawers that work) Yes, I could have reported these things to the agent, bot he's the guy that kept us waiting in the lobby for a half hour the day we checked in. The condo has been freshly updated and all the rooms are modern and comfortable. There are plenty of linens and the kitchen is well stocked. The only thing we couldn't find were oven mitts. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the condo, as we could wash our 24 hour travel clothing. There is air conditioning, but the beautiful breeze make it unnecessary. They have valet parking, a nicely updated pool, hot tub and BBQ area. The staff in the building were all extremely friendly, bringing us water at the pool, greeting us with a big smile or offering us beach towels when we would leave for the day (we were supposed to only use the condo towels, as we were private guests, oops) The location is great, literally across the street from Waikiki Beach, with many restaurants and shopping near by. Parking was included in our rental and it made seeing the rest of the Island easy. Two couples stayed in this condo and we would highly recommend it." There was not enough linen for for the roll away bed, luckily the weather was warm and we did not use much. The dishwasher was unusable as it was full of mold so we washed by hand. The TV and extra channels where great the washer and dryer where excellent and came in handy. Over all the Sofa bed and dishwasher need to be replaced, there needed to be more linen for the beds. For the price that we paid this was just not good enough. However we would recommend the Hotel as the pool area is fantastic and so is the location but do not stay in this room." Paul, the Property Manager warmly greeted us on our arrival and explained everything. The staff at the Tower were so friendly and helpful and the valet parking for our rental car was a bonus. The property was beyond our expectations. Perfectly positioned on the main Waikiki strip and convenient to everything we needed. The views from the 19th floor were uninterrupted and you could not ask for a better view of the Waikiki Beach and beyond. The boys hired their surfboards nearby and walked straight over in front to surf and we could watch them from our lanai. We travelled as two couples and myself and my husband scored the main bedroom with the view. Unfortunately our friends drew second straw with the bedroom at the back of the condo and were not as excited as us. The sweeping ocean views from the lanai and living area made up for that and each night cocktails sitting on the raised setting watching the sun set were magical. The property was clean, well maintained, modern and the kitchen was great to work in. Not that we intended to do much cooking. I would certainly recommend this property. Our first day was spent getting our bearings and stocking up on drinks and groceries at The Food Pantry a couple of streets behind us. We fitted a lot into our 4 night stay; we drove the north shore and witnessed huge waves at surf break Bonzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach. (Great food trucks enroute) We were impressed with the respectful Pearl Harbour tour. Another day was spent exploring the east side of O'ahu seeing Byodo Temple, the beautiful botanical garden and an amazing view from Pali lookout. And managed to squeeze in a snorkel at Hanauma Bay. A great night is at Duke's. Loved the beach side setting and the food was great. We will be back and will recommend Waikiki Beach Tower #1903. We noted the following: the carpeting both outside and inside the condo was dated and needed to be replaced. The couch and chairs were also old and needed updating. There was a light out in the kitchen and the second bath and toilet both did not drain properly. The inside paint color was a very drab neutral color and could use an update to a better color. All in all we were very happy in this condo and its location and proximity to the beach make it a very good rental." In fact, when we asked them to pre book a taxi to get to the airport, because they knew we had kids they blew them away by making sure it was a stretch limo taxi that picked us up. It is beautifully decorated, has an open floor plan that allowed all 18 of us room to sit inside or on the deck for happy hour on two evenings. Our favorite part was enjoying sunrise on our deck with a cup of coffee/tea each morning. The valet service was excellent, with Eddie & Ed handling the bulk of our daily 3-minivan caravans. Byron Wickard settled us into our 4 condos, with Paul Tucker handling a couple questions on #1903. The ladies at Captain Cook are very gracious, answering many of my questions over the past year--it takes a lot to get 18 people to Oahu for a week! The condo is fitted with its own washer/dryer which saved on laundry. The tower also has a pool & spa which we used on one occasion and enjoyed.
