For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. The furniture is uncomfortable and in rough shape but it looks good in pictures. The window furnishings, all furniture kitchen all needs attention. Both bathrooms need complete updates from the 80s. The whole place needs major upgrades. The positives were it’s in a perfect location with a great view and beach access, the valet service especially Jesse went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were initially told in a request as to luggage storage for post checkout and late flights and was told in an email no service was offered but was told there is a storage service on another street? Come to find out by asking Jesse that they indeed offer luggage storage plus access to the south floor lounge area which turned out to be so convenient. So, bottom line, if looks and upgrades aren’t critical for your stay (we only slept there and ate breakfast and showered) then stay in this unit. We feel for what we paid for our stay was not parallel to the quality of the interior. The location is perfect and so was the valet service. The access to the beach is a short half block walk. You will walk longer than that from a lot of hotels right on the beach. All of the staff are wonderful. How can you beat spending time on the beach and than going to the 4th floor to grill out if you want to cook your own food. You can reserve your grilling time at the front desk, and then they will have someone have the grill hot and ready when you get there. The lady they had working on the 4th floor was awesome, and she should get a raise. She even borrowed us her speaker for us to listen to music while we were cooking. AWESOME!" Check-in was a breeze, as was getting the car in and out of parking, which is included. The property manager is great and all of the staff in the tower are friendly and helpful. Views are fantastic from the balcony and you are right in the middle of Waikiki, with all the shops and restaurants it has to offer. Because the unit is on the 20th floor, you feel apart from the bustle of the city, and noise isn't an issue. Unit has great amenities, including true high-speed internet."
