PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. We were 4 adults travelling and did not realise that the spare bedroom is not closed off from the living area. Luckily our friends staying in that room were not too bothered by it. The pool was closed unexpectedly without prior knowledge (was meant to be for 3 days) ended up being a week. Unit was clean and spacious (couch is amazing!) Having the 123 store downstairs is super convenient, local Thai place on the corner is great as well. Great location and safe building. Please please put in blackout blinds, when you are on vacation for 4 weeks you want to sleep in as well as being a city with lots of high rises with lighting on all night. Had to regularly clean the floors due to dust/debris build-up (it's requested to be no shoes) Location is great. Walkable to Waikiki, shops, restaurants. Easy access by car (parking was great). Property management was very responsive and helpful in all requests and communications. Would consider staying here again." The noise from the street was pervasive and there was also noise from work being done in adjacent apartments. Anthony a groundskeeper was a pleasure. The property suited our needs for one month and overall we had a good experience, but I cannot recommend 430 Lewers Street. We have moved to a quieter location." Well-lit throughout and ceiling fans to circulate air. Easy drive to and from Fort Shafter and an easy walk to Hale Koa and the Army Derussy recreation area. Very nice pool / BBQ outside area on premises, and easy access to canal walkway. ABC store near front door made for convenient emergency shopping and snacks. Fantastic Thai restaurant (Siam) a block away. Only negatives (1) cabinet hardware need tightening up, (2) BA2 fan never turned off, (3) curtains need to be replaced with darker / thicker materiel to block out city lights at night - way too bright when trying to sleep. Most of the time we could enjoy staying in the room, great view from the windows every day. however, the apartment floor was not clean enough when we arrived. I could see a lot of dirt on the floor. other places were ok. some facilities which was like door knob, towel rack were broken while we were staying. and one of the toilets had a problem. the contact system for the Captain Cook staff was a little inconvenient, especially I needed to contact to the staff as soon as we arrived, but it was very difficult to look for wifi spot right away, at the same time we needed to find a pick up taxi driver we booked. fortunately the condo staff and I used iphone, I could contact to the staff by facetime otherwise I had no idea to use 'what's up' app which was the only way you suggested me to contact to the condo staff...
