PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Visitor Reviews (16) Write a Review! "Good Condo, Good Management Condo was fine. Definitely old, so dirt built up in corners and grouting, but not necessarily dirty. Nice to be able to walk easily around Waikiki. Pull out bed was comfortable and the kitchen had enough dishes and pans. Beach chairs and an umbrella were available. Parking garage was a tight squeeze. Not luxury, but good enough for our family of 4 for the three nights we were in Waikiki. Wouldn’t want to spend a whole week or more there. Condo owner was generally easy to work with. Also, it was a little damp, which is common in this area, so there was a damp smell, but not terrible." This place is outdated & dirty/in disrepair. You can't even sit on the couch because it's so beat and sunken in.I can't imagine what the pull-out bed is like. And forget about sitting on the floor because the carpets are filthy & almost black in spots. The bathroom vanity is beat up and pealing. The edges of the tub are filthy. The smoke detector looks like it's been through a few fires already because it's so dated and filthy. Mold painted over on the ceiling. a holes in a wall where an outlet was that was mentioned in a review from 6 mos ago that's still not fixed. The entire building itself is very dated, from the hallways to the elevators. The pictures shown are either old or edited. The keypad on the door ran out of batteries and we had to contact the manager to be let in remotely. The final straw was the maintenance/cleaning man who showed up knocking even before checkout time. When told we had been locked out & would need 15-20 minutes to get everything out, we were harassed. He knocked on the door every 5 minutes telling us we need to get out because the next people would be there soon. Either he lied about it being "soon" or it explains why nothing is cleaned properly-because they're cramming guests in back to back. He then proceeded to follow us to the elevator like he was escorting out criminals. The view and location to the beach are the only good things about this place. Close to the action, but a bit removed from the craziest part of the resort area. Very short walk to beach. Beaches nicer on this end of the strip and less crowded. 2. Unit was clean and generally nice. Had all the necessities. Kitchen was well-equipped. 3. Check in/out was easy and Captain Cook Resorts was responsive. 4. Pool and barbecue area were nice. Cons of this rental: 1. The couch (advertised as a sleep sofa) was old and lumpy. We had planned to have 3 adults in this unit- 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. The couch was not suitable for this purpose and needs to be replaced. We had to purchase an air mattress for the guest sleeping in the living area. 2. The water in the kitchen smelled bad.
