For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. We had no issues with the dryer and did multiple loads of laundry per day. Yes there are birds on the balcony, they are tiny and cute, not like seagulls or pigeons coming to fight you for your last french fry! I already checked about going back next March and unfortunately the price is now about $150CAD more per night than we paid so we are sadly priced out now :/ We appreciated the place a lot and think anyone would be very happy here. The condo location is wonderful. Here are my issues. First - DO NOT USE THE DRYER! IT SINGES/BURNS YOUR CLOTHES! I had 5 shirts ruined with burn marks. Only “Air Fluff” is safe, but it takes forever to dry clothes that way. Second, using the TV/Spectrum Cable system is frustrating and cumbersome. It’s necessary to use multiple remotes most of the time, and getting the on screen channel guide to work is nearly impossible! There ought to be a printed guide left in the condo for a quick reference for renters. Yes the unit was clean, but does show its dating and wear. The balcony is a favorite spot for birds, so expect lots if bird droppings which is messy. The condo in my opinion is definitely too small for 4 adults. A couple with 2 young children under 5 or 6 maybe. I wouldn’t discount a return to this condo, but would seriously consider others first."
